Nevermind

I posted something that wasn't relevant....sorry

Hello, I am not a big user of the web page but am on the app. I can't say much but i would like to give the suggestion of replies being sub archived, or to have the option to. I feel this would concentrate threads to the more desired information. Like a comments section.

I have found the mobile website very user friendly, with ease finding an abundance good information.

Keep up the good work :)

Amy I would give you Rep's if I could.

BTW I am still having issues, Not bad but seems the first attempts to log into this
site on a daily basis are taking for ever. What I mean is the first time every day I
open an email notice that there has been a response I click the link and WAIT ...
AND WAIT... go get coffee and after who knows how long 3 or 4 minutes it finally
loads. The notice at the bottom of my PC SCREEN says "Waiting for 420Mag"

THIS is a daily occurrence but once its over I am fine the rest of the day ?

General site cruising is swift for me today - with occasional stalls on image heavy pages still (in ways that didn’t used to happen)

Seems I’m not getting alerts for when people tag me. I’ve stumbled across a couple by accident and checked my alerts list but there’s no alert there for ‘mentions’ it. It’s definitely selected in my preferences and was working before and I’ve not changed anything.

I’m tagging a few folks here to see if it works for them - sorry test subjects!
@420
@Gazoo
@DrDoob
@InTheShed
Did those work? If so it’s just me then.

:Namaste:

I was notified.
Thanks - bugger.., it’s just me then. The only change I made was removing alerts for every new post in a thread. The alert for mentions is still on, but they’ve stopped too. I’ll experiment... could anyone who sees this try tagging me please?
Wonder if I can tag myself... @Amy Gardner

We are working at the server level right now, upgrading back end software, increasing settings, doing a plethora of stuff trying to resolve the slow page loads. We think we have it figured out, just getting through the motions are easier said than done. We are hoping the things we are doing also resolve email notifications, however we have not been able to put time into that specifically yet, until this gets resolved. In the morning, we will upgrade to some new back end software. The old software was restricting us to an older version, which will definitely speed things up a lot.

Blogs were not included in this software, so we have someone creating the script as we speak. There is no ETA at this time, could take a few days, a few weeks, could take a few months. Don't want to commit to something and upset anyone. The data from the old blogs are saved however and will be imported as soon as the script is ready.

Meanwhile, we are plugging away at our massive list of bugs, tweaks and additions, while still learning the software ourselves. You think you are overwhelmed, you wouldn't even want to spend 4 minutes and 20 seconds in our shoes, trust me on that. So it could be worse, is all I'm saying. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support, as we get through the rest of these obstacles. :Namaste:

@420 and team

Thanks for the update and the ongoing hard work to improve things. Its not perfect (yet) if software ever truly is, but its quite useable.

In keeping with Sue's positive thinking promotes healing approach, I like to pause and reflect on the 100's of functions and features that are running problem free. This oldbear has no plans to wander off and find another cannabis website.
