Boo’s Perpetual Grow Journal

:pHi all! :ciao: How about a little update this evening? ULH and Z are getting bushy and LST is going well. Z has still not gone into full flower (or preflower for that matter). Could the early LST be the cause? Berry Ryder, on the other hand, had this when I opened the tent today.

Can you see the yellow tips on that new growth on the top two nodes? I've looked at leaf charts, etc. and I'm not really seeing anything that would relate to a plant this young. Could it be bleaching from the LEDs? I've got two SF 1000s hanging in the tent, all plants are within an inch of each other in height and the other two look great. The only thing I can think of is - I moved her from the middle of the tent (between the two lights) to the right side of the tent yesterday. I've moved her back to the middle and she was fed w/4g per gal of MC this afternoon. Any thoughts are welcome.
We had hurricane Zeta plow thru here over night and throughout the day. And this happened:

I think the pallet broke.. So, I had to drain about 150 gallons out of it on TOP of the massive rain we got. Ugh. Around here those containers have an aluminum frame built around them. We took it out of that so we could use the tractor with forklift tines on the bucket to lift me 15' in the air to cut hops. Now we know why there is a metal basket around it. Oof!
The store shelves at our local grocery has begun to get things like yeast, flour, TP, and Castile soap!

I didn't realize it was hemp related....and these are Peppermint and Lavender, so a big tease. ;)
And finally, I posted a weight from my Pretty Momma Cindy on @Konks Dirt Empire the other day and this morning I realized that I hadn't actually weighed the dried bud (Big Momma got weighed). So here you go:

I would say that I have smoked enough of her and given away enough little samples to make me feel like she was around 11 ounces dried. I'm so excited to do it again next summer. :cheesygrinsmiley:

If the tips are yellow then yes, overfed. Take a close look though. I believe they may be a lighter shade of green, lime greenish, which will darken as the leaves get bigger. Don't go higher than 4g until she starts to flower. Then around two weeks after that you can probably increase, maybe sooner depending how she looks.

Happy Friday all! :ciao:
The girls are doing well. Berry Ryder still has her tips frosted, it's kind of pretty.

She stretched big time. Oops.

Hopefully she'll bulk up. ULH is bushy and stinky.

Are you going to lay those flat?
Doh! Where’s the head slap emoji when you need one. I need to go out and do that!
Since it's still not flowering be sure to keep the tops lower than the rest to get the most out of your training. The next set of tops as well as they become tops. Don't be stingy with the French Ticklers!
Will check/adjust that when I go flatten BR.
What was your wax/cup ratio? Those tubs look amazing! Really classy.
Thanks! I went with your 100grams to 1c of oil. I still have about 1 1/2 cups left. The actual process is fairly easy, but I made it hard anyway. ;) I had that big block of beeswax my daughter gave me, which is cool but holy cow was it hard to cut. I had my biggest knife, tried to shred it with the Cuisinart (very bad, bad mistake!) and finally used a giant cheese grater. I know you feel my pain with trying to clean those utensils.
So I made two cups with the homegrown beeswax and had luckily bought some beads and made two/three more with those (which went very quickly). One takeaway from the process was that the oil needs to be warm(er) or the wax kinda curdles once it hits it. Makes sense but when it happened I was a little worried. I just remelted everything in the measuring cup and it blended up fine! Thanks again for your help with this project Shed, next is Big Momma oil!

I was wondering the same thing- thought maybe you decided to just let her go....
LOL. Yeah, I knew something was different but totally spaced that! :thedoubletake:
That's great- If only all autos would wait that long!
IKR? I thought she was close a couple weeks ago but no joy. I grew Zkittles auto this summer from the same company but I didn’t top or train - she went into flower at 3 weeks I believe..... I’ll take the extra time any day!
Looks like something you'd pay a small fortune for at the dispensary- Very Nice!
 Thank you. I got the containers on son and they were fairly reasonably priced - and quality!
