Don't worry, as I see it, your plants will AT THE most go double their size from what they are now. And in the picture above, it looks like you have enough of space for them. IF ,just if, they should fly.. you can tie them down a little.

Should i defol my plants so i get more light at lower buds or is this a bad move when in early flower?

If there healthy and strong snip away mate.the plant will enjoy it.more light to budsites and better airflow around ur buds.which is key to keep away mold
best of luck.and u csn defo tie them down if ur scared of height isssues.just be careful not to snap any branches off happy growing

Okay i will do a light defol then, i do start with the fan leaves at the top right? Or do i remove the leaves at the bottom too?

So i opened the tent with a scissor in hand, but i was really unsure on what leaves to cut so i never did any defol.
The plant looks so healthy and grows very fast now so i dont want to do anything stupid and mess it up. I will read more about defol and maybe it is easier when there is buds then i know where i dont cut.

Is there any fan leaves that i should not remove, or is it okay to remove all of them? Not all at one time, but maybe half of them and the other half a week later?

Fan leaves and small branches in the bottom. Don't over do it. Do a little now, wait and see and if all is well, do it again.

Update day 6 in flower:

She can handle more, but wait a few days or so, until you see her grow something new. Which means she is ok.

If i want to flush the soil, can i flush them in the shower and when i am Done i give them a pH adjusted feed with nutes?
I was thinking of maybe it is good too flush the soil atleast once so i get out all old nutes and other thing, or maybe i dont have to do this? I am using organic nutes if that makes matter.
