Blue Mystic In Canna Terra Pro Using Cheap LED

So, after work in a few hours I am doing my shopping for the DBHBB kit cook. Planning on getting:

• 3.8 cubic bale of Promix HP....or is the BX better? If using BX you need to add perlite right?

• 30 lbs of wiggle worm

• 10x10 tarp

• 2 big totes

• shovel

I should get that mixed up before this weekend is over. I am pretty busy until Saturday....but should have plenty of time to get it all done.

Yup...sounds good Seedling.
Yes ..if u have a choice get the HP....if not BX is fine ..but with added perlite..as you said.
Dont forget.. mix it DRY on your tarp ....just add bits of water as you fill up your totes....mix the water in well as u fill them up.It will take a full 5 gal's to sufficiently moisten all the soil. Plan it that way as your working with the water ok. Put the lids on the totes ...but dont seal them up air tight ok. Leave them alone now. Store them at room temp for at least 30 days...and NOT on a concrete floor. It will act as a heat sink and draw all the warmth out of the totes....not good! Good to go!! :high-five:

Sounds good.

For the totes, the ones I use are 30 gallons I think maybe 27...?) But you want to make sure they're big enough. I was at the big box store HD looking at garbage cans and they come in 55 gal which should be enough if you want to do 1 container but it'll be heavy!

:passitleft:

Yeah, I am gonna check it out. I also need to see how much I am gonna be able to cram into this Honda! I like stackable totes, cause they store away nice and easy when they aren't in use. I have very limited space as is. 42 gallons of soil....so I am aiming for around 2 that will fit 25 each.

I am gonna talk to this hydro warehouse and see if they would be into trying to stock Doc's gear. How are people getting it up here. Seems like it is on Amazon.com, but not Amazon.ca. I always get redirected.

Contact Doc through his website. He'll come back with a quote. The advice I was given was to buy bulk, rather than packaged items.

The ones I use have very little room left and I bet a 55gal can would take up less room. The totes I have are pretty darn big.

Don't forget you've got the Promix, earthworm castings, and anything else added. I'd count on at least 50% more than the Promix.

Something like this maybe.....my back loves the wheels.

Ya,...i guess it's fun....sakes ....can i come shop there too....lmfao...:passitleft:....I like all your stuff ...that Humid... looks sweet too. You are buying the right stuff...exactly wat we use.....:high-five:
just how big is that WW bag?
I just got what was on the list and had a browse around while I was waiting for my ride. That place is great....the coolest Chinese family runs it and they are pretty fun to deal with. They offered to lend me their car after they told me they only deliver on orders over $1000.....made me laugh.

I wanted to see some feedback on that other stuff. I will go back there when the next run is starting and grab the other stuff I am missing.

Oh and the wiggle worm is 30lbs for $30....no tax. My total for the HP, wiggle worm, and three 1gallon pots was $61....not bad eh?
