Blue Mystic In Canna Terra Pro Using Cheap LED

Have you been giving that every drink...and water source? What's in that?
I have been giving every time I water cause that is what is recommended. So far at half strength it has been alright it seems. I am using a mix of RO and tap....but I tested my tap after adding nutes and it is sitting at about 6.2. The Bio Canna soil less mix is apparently supposed to balance ph as well. Seems to be working. I let jugs sit out to evaporate chlorine 24 hours.

BLOOM

That is all I am using. Absolutely nothing more. The schedule is basically using both at the same time throughout the process...more of the grow and a little bloom until flower and then it progressively gets more bloom and less grow. As I have said before, they get 1/2 strength..... so for every 1 gallon I add 6ml of the GROW and 2ml of the BLOOM. The smart pots seem to dry out after about 3 days and seems to want more liquid each time.

Good morning Seedling. I guess it's a lot better than hydro chemicals,...for sure. Next grow ..Doc's gear,...right.
You are doing right by letting the tap water sit out for couple days before use. I would still use as much RO as you can afford. There are other nasties in the TW too, so.
Advise for the nutes would be to follow their instructions to the letter. Doc's gear is designed around our soil and is a balanced system targeting High Brix , of course. Don't prune them any more , ok,...you really trimmed them up good , so , let them recover now and fill in some .
With your air pots, you will find the outside edges dry out much faster causing some air pruning which is good but , keep in mind , the center of the soil mass will still be moist ok,...that's why it's so important to get a feel for a dry pot while lifting. It's a full proof way of telling you when to water while in veg. In 'bloom' it's a bit different , as we should keep the soil mass somewhat moist all the time and don't stress the plant by letting the soil get too, too dry ok.
Have a great day Seedling.
Archie ,...did you add some ice to my cooler?....:passitleft:

Yeah, 1000% chance I am using Doc's kit next. At the end of this month I will start getting all that stuff together and get going with the soil.

I can afford to go with RO no problems now. No more tap from here on out.

Three out of four Sapphire Scout seeds germinated. I transplanted them, they poked their seed cases above ground, and died. Seven other seeds from different breeders that were started at the same time are doing well. I have one Sapphire Scout seed left. I'll try it in a rapid rooter and see what happens.

So packaging isn't everything

Each one of my pots get 5 gal's. atta time. So i would use 10 of those every 5...6 days. Right now i'm paying 12 bucks for 3 , 5 gal. jugs , or when i only get 2 , it's 9 bucks. My total water bill for each crop is under 300...or about 1.5 ounces off my total yield...pfft! ...big deal,..that's why i get it , rather than other methods. It's always available and it's not too pricey . Cheers .
