BizzBeachbum - BioBizz Soil & Nutes - AutoUtlimate & AutoEuphoria

Quick research - the N is in the Bio-Grow. Manufacturer and grow-shops say the same thing - used mainly in veg but can be used throughout.

All the published schedules use it throughout, but I found a grower's customised chart that reduces then stops Bio-Grow. I also found this in my spreadsheet from Spart's 2016 journal: "Yeah I'm not following the BioBizz chart - I found that it wants to over run your plants with nitrogen to the extreme." With a NPK ratio of 4-3-6 it has more N than the additives or flower-nutes.

Well they are well past veg now, so just gonna reduce or cut out the Bio-Grow - simples. :icon_cool Not too concerned right now - they look so much better than my first grow so can't lose really.

Yeah, cut back on grow and maybe use more bloom, done this a few times with light feeders that are N sensitive.
Leaves look a little dark, so if you're sure the light is not too close and causing the curling, it's very likely too much N.

The stickers on the bottles open up with info inside ;)

NPK is mostly in grow(and fish-mix) and bloom, the other products are stimulants with little to no NPK.

Maybe try not using grow, but more bloom(maybe 2ml/L) next watering to get less N and more K, and see how it goes, it's time to push the flowers anyway ;)

Yep. The grow has that bit of extra N. Good job on the research bizz!

And your plants are still doing awesome! So just keep with your adjusted feeds, and maybe double up on the bloom as PGR suggested on the next feed. But here's the cool thing about mobile nutrients like nitrogen... By cutting out your grow the plant will begin to use the nitrogen stored in your leaves. And will soon lighten and possibly even unclaw.

But again I'm just knit picking so these ladies can push out some donkey colas for you! Other than that little bit of claw they look stellar and will finish flawlessly the way you have been treating them bizz.

Grow get 'em .

:laughtwo: OMG - it's all there - just a peel of the label away. Small-print is really small. Had to get the magnifying-glass out.

My two 420 gurus - PGR and Dabber - combining to get the best out of my girls. This is as much your grow as it is mine. You guys changed my grow plan early and I see the rewards. Now I imagine you as confidently nodding in my direction. I can feel the support and it's humbling.

Needless to say that I will do exactly as you guys have recommended above.

Howzit Dabber - I notice you don't post much in your Bodacious Botanicals journal - I'm gonna flip to your Bathtub journal that's in your signature, I hope you don't mind. You'll understand if I don't read all 207 pages. :laughtwo:
Oh. Please don't re read. It was a great adventure but more reading than I expect at cannabis consumer to read in less than a month....

We are getting ready to weigh in the final numbers (hopefully) tomorrow. There is a "small" prize involved so feel free to guess!

As soon as the weigh in is complete things should be wrapping up. I also am not sure that I will use the "quest for midnight sunshine" for updates, but may instead begin a new thread or possibly just keep the current one running. Mainly because there isn't too much breeding to be done... likely just reversing one clone to seed another and make a butt load more S1 seeds.

Regardless you should stop in and guess a weight. Just for funnsies

:scratchinghead:Bizz you need to change your wt. guess, my guess was 312 grams- guess what 11 Oz. =311.8:rofl::rofl::rofl::Namaste:

:laughtwo: - Howzit dynamo - Great minds think alike dude - I hope nobody's got my revised guess - 297g.

Wish I had realised earlier about Dabber's other journal but never clicked on his signature before. My bad Dabber - should have realised when the journal I've been following went quite. That was one hell of a successful harvest dude. Can't wait for tomorrow's weigh-in. :thedoubletake:

Day 48 - girls got another water/feed earlier today - 4 days since their last. I've removed the Bio-Grow and doubled up on the Bio-Bloom as per guru guidance above - lets see if they unclench their little fingers a little further, they look healthy otherwise. Stretch has slowed down which is good - they were getting lanky.

3L water per plant mixed with:
CalMag 0.5ml/L
Bio-Heaven 1ml/L
Bio-Bloom 2ml/L
Top-Max 1ml/L
Alc-A-Mic 1ml/L
ActiVera 1ml/L

Sounds great to me bizz! Remember that feeding N during stretch isn't necessarily a "bad thing". In fact, it is probably what contributed to the fact that they got so big. So your transition to bloom only was actually perfect timing! Time for the weight to pack on :high-five:

Cheers Dabber - I go into the tent with so much more confidence now. Making a journal has made all the difference.

In my first grow I just had a go - but researched loads along the way and lurked in grower journals. It was only after my girls got really ill from week 7 (nute deficiency) that I registered with 420 - and I saw the advantages immediately. Nursed those ladies through to harvest - smoking Blue Mammoth as I type - and then started my journal for new girls.

Having all you guys around makes me feel that I'm no longer stumbling around in the dark.

Day 51 - fed the girls ladies today - only 3 days since their last so they were thirsty. All healthy except Leia Organa who is limp and drooping. - They are in their 7th week already (they grow up so fast) so I've adjusted the nutes to match 1/2 of published strength - added a bit more Bio-Bloom by accident, wanted to add 2ml/L but added another 1ml/L thinking it was Top-Max - but hoping this will be OK because I've removed the Bio-Grow

3L water per plant mixed with:
CalMag 0.5ml/L
Bio-Heaven 2ml/L
Bio-Bloom 3ml/L
Top-Max 1ml/L
Alc-A-Mic 1.5ml/L
ActiVera 2ml/L

Good to see you back.

I have an interesting question. How smelly are the Ultimate's and when did the smell start. So far I am not smelling much from any of my Autos.

Howzit Troy - no smell from the Ultimates or the Euphorias yet - but the tent still has 2 very mature Northern Lights (they should have been chopped weeks ago but all flowers are still pushing out fresh white hairs, very few have gone dark) and they smell sweet.

Interesting - my Daiquiri Lime is starting to put out some sweet Lime smell.
