BigBearNTX Perpetual Auto Grow

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed it, but I feel like the last couple years the seasons have been slowly changing... summer starts later and finishes later... winter seems to do the same....entirely possible I’m just a little crazy though lol

I have been dealing with the same feeling. That 360 days calendar the Maya had might have been more accurate? Or 363, sounds about perfect Hehe.

As you are dealing with more cold temps here in The Netherlands we already have temps between 8-15 celcius and Thats almost spring to us. Plants and so are already popping and we are getting close to 2 harvest round climate. Tough we are draining mother Earths sources it might be the earth cleaning itself. 2012 Could have been the beginning of a new timezone.

Interesting for sure:popcorn:

Climate change, y’all. I don’t know how it’s effecting the Southern Hemisphere, but I know our weather is getting more extreme up here in the Northern Hemisphere. It just snowed in Hawaii and Los Angeles. That’s not normal.

There goed the 3k tickets to the sunny Hawaï lol! Lets hope it wont get any more extreme then This. Tough I am terrible in cold weather conditions, i dont think warming Up in these speeds cant be good to our Dear planet

I think you hit the nail on the head here.

I remember having a conversation with a friend who was talking about the vibrational frequency of the earth changing/changed and that’s what the Mayans were talking about.

Now I haven’t had the time to research that as much as I would have liked to cause capitalism got me like o_O trying to keep the lights on, roof over our heads and food on the plate... but I think he was on the right track.

I’ve always had a problem with “climate change” not because I don’t think it’s real, or that we as humans aren’t accelerating its effects.... but the earth has changed so much (atleast from what they tell us) that I find it hard to believe the earth doesn’t cycle/change on its own without human interference. Thinking Ice age and what have you.

Snow in LA and Hawaii that’s wild.... and a little scary lol

it's always hard to give a honest opinion without throwing away new possible outcomes. If i think about it like nutes to our medium... a small factor can screw up alot. That could mean if we tend to care more of mother nature its easyer to see if its our behaviour that caused it. Just how can we reach every human beeing on this kiefball? In a few years we probably dont have a choice and we will figure out how to take care of us and the planet.

What a conversations for a early friday right? are you already in the weekend mood bear?

If we screw things up, the planet will survive. It will correct itself in one way or another. The question is will we survive is we screw it up enough?

I have less than an hour to go. No plans for the weekend other than tending my plants, crafting, doing chores, and playing with my new toy (a harp!). I can be a tad bit eccentric. Lol

Sounds like a really good weekend and a good spa weekend for the girls Hehe

I’ve been into Celtic music since I was a teenager and was involved in a local session scene for years at one point, primarily as a singer. I play whistle, and bones for percussion. I also play recorder for early music stuff. I have a guitar and had hopes of learning. I have a mandolin with the same hopes. I’ve been looking at harps for years, but they were out of my price range - because it will mostly be a failed attempt at learning, but I’m okay with that. Lol

I like instruments that can sing. I played fiddle for a while, but it caused too much wrist pain, so I had to stop. That I rented instead of bought.

I studied piano when I was a music major, but I started learning as an adult and it was slow and painful. I have a nice keyboard, but don’t really have room to set it up to practice. I mostly used it to play notes as I was learning new music.

I have also sung in different choral ensembles, as a tenor and as a baritone - and for a brief time as a bass, even though I couldn’t really reach the low notes. I have what could be classified as a lyric baritone voice, or perhaps a low tenor (heldentenor).

There is one question that comes Up in between This musical army of experience. What kind of music do you like to create your own? Ive been singing since I was Young and never really tought anything special about it, tough Some People seem to like it i never took it on a stage.... who knows What future canna events can do for us and we might be jamming somewhere someday

What I’ve written have been contemporary folk songs. My process is typically to play one of my whistles or flutes until a melody starts something. And then I play with it until the words start coming. And then I go to paper to finish the poem. Occasionally the poem has come first as well.

Weekend update:

Since upgrading my fan and lights, my watering/feeding otter changed for this pst week. I would normally have the pots dry out after 2-3 days. This time they went almost a full week. I think the change in temperature because of the new QB, increased airflow from the fan, and also that the plants are pretty much done with any aggressive growth. They are building buds now instead of trying to make more branches, and so aren’t feeding as heavily. Plus with the trim from last week that also means decreased leaf mass, so less water loss through respiration.

The girls are starting to pack on buds, and I’m starting to see trichomes development. I took a picture to show the size of the colas that I’m working with, I’ll try to snap a pic after lights off to show the trichomes sparkle.

I’m the pic, my hand is just under where the cola begins.

And a bit of a wider shot to show plant shape.

Mostly a photo dump today. I think that the Canuck Bluberry may come down next weekend. Week after probably at the max. I took a couple of quick pics today, but getting a good clear pic is difficult at mangnification. I’ll take them out of the tent next week for a better look and then decide.

Colas are getting heavy, they want to droop over when they are out of the tent.
