Big Foot Scrog In Coco

Cool yeh I've just been doing more reading. I didn't know much about coco
I just also became aware they require daily feedings and nutes from the start! Wow. Anyway I just fed a 370 ppm and 5.8 ph to my 4 day old seedlings. Keep doing this daily? is that ok? I would have never imagined giving nutes to a seedling but it is hydro so makes sense. I got given the coco - usually soil.

Just start really low with the nutes to start. No need to to go any higher for now I would say. Ph anywhere in the mid 5's is fine for coco. Mine is usually 5.7,5.8.

Yeh my water is about 100-125 ppm
Added 1ml cal mag
Added 1ml A and B grow (Dutchmaster) over 2L
So coco is gonna grow heaps quicker in the veg stages then yes?

If you do it right coco can have huge rewards as growth is really fast ;) Root enhancers help as well but it sounds like you are on the right track. I try to have my PH anywhere between 5.8-6.2. I let it swing back and forth on that scale so some nutrients get absorbed at the bottom end and some at the top. Pennywise is another coco grower who I believe does the same thing.

Those are Some decent roots you got there.

If u get a chance I would highly recommend air pots for coco. The roots will thank you. They love that shit.
Hey thanks you mean the weird looking pointy pots or the fabric smart pots? I have 3 gallon fabric pots I used last time and 5 gallon ones for this run. The only downside to fabric ones is they are hard to transplant from so I just use them for the final move..

They are looking happy for sure.

The airpots are these:

They are pretty expensive to order from the netherlands and my budget is small, but Maybe you can get Some :)
Mine were like 6 bucks from the hydro shop. For 3 gal. My 1 gallons were like 4 bucks I think. Under 10 bucks anyway.

Unfortunately finding anything like that locally around me is impossible. Hell Id feel paranoid buying pots like that from a hydro shop anyhow lmao not to say I wouldnt do it though because those are decent enough prices.

I agree Its not expensive, for me Its a lot of money since they cut my paycheck by €800. So I have to stick with normal pots and buy Some food ;)
