Thanks bid, your spot on about the landrace strains getting crossed so in the end their wont be any true landrace strains left, how ever the true landrace strains tend to take over areas that have been used to produce different strains so that suggests that the landrace strains are much stronger then the weaker crosses they try growing, but the gentics would all be mixed up so would not be a true landrace strain anymore.
would you say this ww x sk is a purple strain then. i put some pics up in my journal showing the purple leaves and purple calyx at the nodes, its hard to picture the buds as the crystals dont let the purple show through on cam so will try some pics in the daylight,
what i find strain is that one half of the plant is purple and buds still maturing, but the other half of the plant is nice and green still and buds nearly ready for harvest, ive took clones and rooted them a while back so ill use it to cross with one of the purple strains i planted a few weeks back, the ww x sk was very aggresive during veg and grew 3 times quicker than any other plant i had so should be good genetics to pass on if i get a male from the purps i got.
good luck with the landrace strains, the more you can get hold of the better. ive been looking at a few for my next purchase.
