BID 4.0 - Hydro - Autos - JDL - DWC Bubble Buckets - Shootout

Re: BID 4.0 - Hydro - Autos - JDL - DWC Bubble Buckets - Blue Planet Nutrients Shooto

BID just doing a drive bye and see you got a problem that looks exactly like what I'm dealing with. One question,,,,, is it cold where you are vegging? This is what I have going on;
leaf40.JPG

Looks alot like what you got happening. I'm thinking if you are having cold problems, under 55 degrees, and you've been adding any extra cal-mag, you plant could be having K trouble. The temp and added cal will mess with K uptake. It doesn't hurt anything as long as you fix it. Them effected leafs die off later. Mine stop that nonsense as soon as they warm up in the flower room. That leaf I posted is off a plant I just treated with alittle bloom fert's. We'll see if it helps in afew days. Otherwise everything looks great, Keepem Green

My girl looks awesome! She should start kicking out some purple pistols right about now. The bud stucture will be bending her down pretty soon as she gains more mass...I like the results you are getting. I am sure that she will be able to help your aches and pains and will be even better than what I left you when I was there. I think she is definitely a soil lover, but does well in hydro. Your Blue Mystic in my Aero just started poppin' flowers and will be a great producer! :cheesygrinsmiley: Gotta get to bed,working on the Anglia at a friends house tomorrow, he has a lift so...new rear main seal and oil pan gasket and chase down any other leaks I find while under it...Love the girls!:cheesygrinsmiley:

BID ya ol sod! Better scratch the ol sod part since your're doing hydro. Gave you some reps for those pretty ladies you have. Not sure what the yellowing issue is but I'm having the same issue with my mother's in soil.
thanks A1 my pen died and if i dont get a replacement soon my hydrodays will be over! i think norcaliwood may be on to something

hmm i checked my memory on the temp gauge and my low was 51f high 83f so you may be right on there its a widow strain so not known for cold tolerance, the rest of the strains are known to be tolerant as they are purps and blues mostly, i have not done anything special to that plant so far i wanted to see what you guys have to say, i did top and trim it up i removed all the yellow so i can see if it continues, i knew it was something i was not thinking of since the mother of these did great in the same soil and ferts just a couple months ago
i did flush it a bit with tap water the day i took the pics ,well yesterday i never panic and start adding things anymore after making those mistakes in the past, typically i just flush a little, oh another thing is my pots sit on the tent floor thats sitting on bare concrete and the feed water has been running quite cold too,we had a bitter cold snap recently (got down to -3-5f a few am's) and its just t5's in there for light, so it seems your spot on wood thanks and reps for the catch

she seemed to like getting her(day at the spa ,haircut,nails,etc) lol and recovering real well, i have a clone from her in veg while i decide if shes good for us and wether i want to breed her and with what, and how she does in coco and organics, i think the mystic will do real well for you in hydro as well as the blue cheese , both are super potent and sticky dank ooey gooey :thumb: cant wait for you to get into some of the seeds i gave you:high-five:

Thank you for the reps brother. :)
your very welcome!:high-five::thumb:

I second that on the K deficiency. Either to much camg or to much silicon additive which has K, so back to back feeding will do this also. Including if your using BPN seaweed which has a ratio of 1 in K

of course im using bpn seaweed but yeah it makes sense im just gonna flush then re-fertilize with a good balance and try to keep the temps up above 55f
Another awsome journal BID:Namaste: :peace:

thank you:thumb:

Re: BID 4.0 - Hydro - Autos - JDL - DWC Bubble Buckets - Blue Planet Nutrients Shooto

I use BPN 2part, BPN seaweed, GH Bio root, AN Rhino Skin (in coco) which all have high K. Cory made an excellent product indeed. The way the chart goes on his website K will be exactly where it needs to be during late flowering. His 2 part nutes has 4% & 6% ratio in K. There would be no need for me to buy any K additives at all. I had a serious Ca lockout due to back to back feeding with BPN seaweed, AN Rhino Skin and bio root which has 1% K. So I had to watch it my self and dial back on the feeding to just once every other week.

Re: BID 4.0 - Hydro - Autos - JDL - DWC Bubble Buckets - Blue Planet Nutrients Shooto

my typical feed is every watering i keep a 5 gallon bucket going with airstones i use about 2-3 gallons every other day i top it off with nutes following the bpn schedule basically with a few tweaks ,it kinda goes like this
15 ml per gal of grow micro & bloom,
20 ml per gal seaweed
4 ml per gal k-bud
1/2 cup azomite
1 tsp root magic
1 tbps molasses
and sometimes a cup of worm castings but not lately
and as a suplement as needed i will add a few ml of any of the following
bpn 3 part,2 part,early bloomer,liquid blue corey taught me this trick to get problems fixed with a quickness, and the mykos will work on and further "chelate" (for lack of a better term) the salt based ferts and making them more like "organic" ferts or at least broken down a little more, so in hindsight i guess my grow is not 100% organic more like 99% since the use of salt based ferts is not often, only if theres a prob they can help fix not like it really matters im the quality control dept around here and my meds pass all standards with flying colors lol
so far this method has been working extremely well, this widow bomb being the first to have any issues i honestly think its just a genetics issue involving low temps, we shall see,im putting the small widow bomb into the new diy airpot and into flower soon in a warmer enviroment

I like the nute tricks Corey gives out. Makes life so simple when it looks so complicated. :)

Here is what she looked like in NOV 29th

:cheesygrinsmiley:

yeah she really took off that last defol was the 2nd major defol ive givwn her, and i even broke off 3/4 of her roots during the transplant and she move fwd as if there was zero shock, a hardy strain,easy to clone, soon we'll know how the meds tun out grown in organic highly bioactive coco/smartpots and of course bpn fuel

We knew how hardy a strain before with this pheno. The way the two outdoor storm damaged plants recovered was totally amazing to me. I think you have a 5th gen clone...I think your "soup" will kick it up a notch or two. The last girl I had in hydro before I switched to my new grow definitely is stronger than the outdoor girls..but she did get her flowering nutes from the BPN I switched to in the bloom phase...:cheesygrinsmiley:Happy SUPERBOWL SUNDAY...Go Ravens or is it Niners...I am confused...am I supposed to root for a particular team?:scratchinghead::rofl:
