ok well this is what i have done for the 24hour flush added 4 gallons tap water ppm of 168,ph 8.0 added 5ml each 3 part bpn elite and liquid blue bloom booster for a total of 20 ml in 4 gallons ppm is 450, ph is 7.5, i also added 5ml per gallon 29% h202 to clean and sterilize the ystem, im gradually bringing down the ph to 5.5 so it can flush at a range of ph's, any comments or tip would be greatly appreciated hydro in not my strong suit

well after getting the ph to 5.5 i went to bed this morning the gauges say its working (the flush) ph is back up to 6.5 due to the ppm going up to almost 600 596 to be exact later i will hook her up with the "monster bloom" setting on the bpn schedule for the final 3-4 weeks then well see how the recirculating dwc/bubblebucket top drip hydro thingy did, the next thing in the bucket will be either a blue dream or gdp clone cuz i wanna see how i do with a regular plant in my bucket i dont think an auto utilizes the potential

Hey Bid!! I love you you have all "blue" stains growing right now...freakin awesome!!! That blue dream is looking really good...I can't wait till you get to smoke it :) I took some clones of my blue dreams too, definitely a cut I want to keep around... hopefully will be able to get another tent soon and start experimenting with seeds and production of them like your doing...awesome read!!!!

im not sure what you mean by "gauge" its a manifold for a drip system i fashioned the emitters from dripline and elbows in the bottom of the bucket is a sub pump pushing the nute solut up and an airstone in there for added oxygen

thank you bro ice i think it was subconscious to go all blue ,since i was pretty much all purple not this last harvest but the 2 before that were, i sure do get more results colorwise from the purples, im thinking hard on doing a bunch of purples again starting with my gdp babies, as much as i love plain ol growing im really impassioned about breeding now ,seems the concept of taking plant "a" crossing it wih plant "b" and getting plant "c" with unknown,unlimited possibilities really turns me on creatively ,thinking i could create the next big/great strain is just damn exciting! i cant wait for you and pretty much all of us to get bit by the breeding bug, it is after all our responsibility to keep these genetics alive and preserved for the future, no body else is gonna do it for us, the seed banks are mostly for profit save for a few that are true gene banks and care about preserving the landraces and high end medicinal&recreational crosses/strains ,but if anything happens to them (leo,corruption,fire, acts of god etc) its up to all of us, i cant wait to see what you create!

i play jonny appleseed spreader everyso often. my next trip will be autos a few thousand along the river and around the lake should be nice for a few sharp eyed ppl. i never go back i do it for others to find a treasure i have plenty of whatever i need/want so party on garth!

thank you!, yeah i get a kick out of thinking about it, i have told a couple buddies they should go look by the river cuz i found some there before (wink wink)
i use mgi photosuite 4 and to do the zoom i make a cutout and drag it to a larger size then draw lines around it im just playing really you should see what i do when im really trying hard to impress :cheesygrinsmiley::;)::high-five:

i got the bucket flushed , i discovered an old peat pellet in the grow rocks from one of the seeds that didnt make it the twins to be exact that must have been what was causing me the trouble with ph and gunk it was slimy, i am on the monster bloom setup for nutes on the bucket, the skunk#11 and gdp babies all got moved into their big pots today also :thumb:

Cool about your seed bank. I have a collection now too, they are kept ok but not well. When I finally square S Girl I will want to store those genetics and I might square Big Girl too depending on how she turns out. I need a fridge too. Like you I feel the cost of beans to be crazy...but... genetics from all over the world can be delivered to your door, how cool is that? Anything cool comes with a price. I just make my own stock like you, well kind of like you as I have not used silver yet. Question about silver, can you isolate and spray a branch of a flowering female and get it to seed itself thus skipping the whole clone part? Of course this would not give the control a clone would but it would keep flowering plant # down.

yes you can d a single branch with CS and gather pollen from it and pollinate another branch ,however this does not work very well on autos since it can take several weeks to get pollen and by the time its ready the plant may be finished, but it works well with regular strains, just remember to pollinate at least 3 weeks before the plant should finish and i don't recommend using lower branches as they tend to not finish the seed in time, use another upper branch, really if you intend to make seed its best to dedicate the whole plant for that purpose, there will still be good smoke after you remove the seeds, let the seeds stay in the bud till curing is done they continue to mature during the cure, hope that helps

I did not think about it going long, makes perfect sense. I usually dedicate a run just for seed so the whole plant would be seeded. Makes me think I would try an inner node early and try to make nanners right off!

After a dozen or so seed crops, gifted beans from other growers/friends, and purchased seeds, I've accumulated somewhere near a million. My wife will not even let me keep them at home, I have to let someone I know store them for me, haha....

Just one seed crop for me and I am blessing my firends with seeds of my crosses. Its a great feeling to see the look on thier faces as the fact of what just landed in thier hands hits thier brain. "Hundreds of seeds?" they say. Then a big grin comes over them, and a big bowl gets packed. Good times. And I don't have toooo many seeds.
