Barney's Mimosa EVO x Orange Punch

Day 73 of Life, Day 69 Above Ground, Day 12 of 12x12 Lighting, Day 5 of Flower (?)
Hey Everyone, Its been a crazy week and this woman has gone whacko. At her peak she was stretching an inch a day but has since slowed as she gets closer to the light (~6-7" distance). If the light doesn't fry her, the mains are going to get some tremendous rays the way they are curved over from the super cropping a few days ago (which she took no problem, see highlighted photo below). Whatever is in FoxFarm's Tiger Bloom, she loves it, and her reaction has been to keep stretching (no!), bush out, and start to push pistils. I'm going to feed her on Friday and then prune her before lights out so this is the last bad hair day photo you are going to get! It may also be the last photo of her in a tent with a roof ;)...happy growing

Thanks UK, I can't wait to watch her flower up....I don't buy much flower anymore at the dispensaries unless i have some inside info, almost always less than what I expected.

I fed her this morning and she looked like this

Then I trimmed her up, a little overzealously, and exposed some beautiful bud sites

I’m all about a good defol.

A tidy bikini line gives me life!

:) Then you will like this one, she'd get flagged at our gym for a dress code violation. She looks a little shocked today honestly so may need another day or two to snap back.

Hey Everyone........we've got vapor lock, she hasn't grown at all, not a single pistil, since that monster trim 4 days ago. I think i just made a big mistake and should have trimmed her better pre-flip so that I didn't have to take so much during the stretch. She just looks stunned...any suggestions to get her to reboot?

Imo she looks perfect, airflow going to be better, light penetration, etc.
One of my buddies does a full strip, always bounce back with huge yields.
Thansk GG, you have no idea how good that is to hear. I thought she looked good too but she is just dead in the water right now. Sounds like i need to be patient.....does anyone know where i can purchase some of that?

Day 80 of Life, Day 76 Above Ground, Day 19 of 12x12 Lighting, Day 12 of Flower
The world turns again as my girl stirs herself back to life. I took the frame off the tent ceiling and snugged the light up to the fabric which added an additional 2” of head room. Even so, with the stretch done she’s ~7” from the light, a little close for comfort but she is managing it so far. I won’t be able to use my UVB lights this time, no room in there at all.

This is my favorite time of the grow, post stretch to harvest, where she flowers and buds out. So fun to watch, it never gets old…thanks everyone for all your help.

Hey Everyone, I need a sanity check. She's still stretching and the canopy is ~6" from the light now. I don't see any visible impact yet but am wondering, as the flower advances, if she will eventually stress and hermie/fox tail. Question: Should I be proactive about the situation and super crop the mains again, now, and try to create more distance before the flower gets any further along OR leave her alone/ride it out and address symptoms if/when they present? I am thinking option 2, ride it out, but wanted to get your expert opinion(s).

U can SC her, shes better at this age because of her stems being more pliable. The light spread would be better to.
@Trala has a thread on SC, check it out if you like.
