Bag Seed 12/12 From The Start

So I made a minor adjustment. I only have one fan currently to use for ventilation. At first I had it at the bottom of my space bucket pushing air in through the intake port. I feel like it was making the area too chilly, cooling the air as it pushed it in.

So I cut a hole in the pot I’m using as more or less of a stepped light trap, and put the fan directly on top, pulling out the warm air from the lights, and I think it will keep the space at closer to room temperature and humidity, since they are big openings relative to the two bucket area. Let me know what you think, or if I should put it back the other way. The idea in my head is to create negative pressure so the temperatures and humidity are relatively steady.

So I peeked in on my girl this morning and she stretched pretty well over the last 2 days! Lots of bud sites with pistils everywhere. I’m hoping they start to fill out soon. I did a pretty heavy defoliation so the lights penetrate as much as possible.

I started this week adding a quarter teaspoon of molasses to the tiger bloom I water with. Hopefully it makes a difference. I do a quarter teaspoon of each in a liter bottle of tap water that I let sit for a day or two to let the chlorine release out of it. No pH checking or anything.

Starting to get a few heavy hitters up in here, I will tag along ... Might try putting your thread link in your signature that way every time you are else where making comments on others threads they can follow you back to yours.. Interesting and helpful tool on this site.. Green days..
How do I go about doing that?

You are lucky - your plant still looks healthy.
:yummy:

This is typically not recommended practice for most.

From the testing I found about the water in our area, the pH is between 6.5-7.5 from the tap. I let it dechlorinate at least 24 hours and it seems to be ok. Haven’t had any problems with yellowing or droop or anything. I make sure not to over water and to have at least a bit of runoff. I’m using a one gallon pot and I water with a full liter once every 5 days or so.

Like I said, you are lucky to have such good water. Many don’t, and a lot of new growers severely limit their potential yield by not paying attention to their water quality.

You seem to have a good handle on things. Your plant will show you what it needs.
