Away's First Grow - DIY Closet Grow - TopLED Mars II 80x5 - 2014

Some kind of stress!? Too moist, to much heat or light stress... The chocolate does the same:( Gave mine some more ventilation yesterday and now waiting for them to dry out. One thing is for sure... "Taco" leaves are sign no. 1 of stress!!! Figure out which one of the three thing it is, and you should be back on track whiten a day or two;)

The shape of the leaves have changed drasticly while i've been at work lol.. This morning they were clawing downwards and cupping downwards, now they cupping upwards and the clawing also stopped.. I dont get this..
Im going to try and change my outgoing air ventilation anyway, i suspect it might be a problem with it not getting enough air out of the cabinet... If that doesnt work i'll try to switch back to the CFL light while i still have it here, to see if it might be the LED thats too hot or something.. if not i dont know what the hell im dealing with.. then it must be Mg def i dont know..

So i just moved the ventilation for outwards outside the box instead of inside making a vacuum kind of situation im hoping..
should i remove the ventilation for inward air, and just let the inward be passive instead, so i can use the fan as an extra outwards? would that create better ventilation?

on a better note she's made her first true leaves while i was gone today ;)

make sure the plants are watered, make sure the plants are healthy so they can withstand the heat, make sure you have sufficient ventilation, raise the light.

shit so i've done everything i can so far besides from the ventilation problem thats only halfway fixed, i'll get the rest done tommorow.. been feeling really dizzy/sick since i came home from work, so i ended up just sticking the first fan up there, then i had to lay down xD
It's first thing on my list tommorow though.. hopefully she can withstand it..

Heres some pictures... the ones under normal lights were taken last night ;)

She's changing shapes like a baby changes diapers..

going to fix the ventilation when i get home from work :thumb:

Okay so now i have removed the fan i had to suck air IN to the room and placed it inside the room as an extra exhaust.
That means i now have 2 fans working as exhaust and nothing working as inwards ventilation..
So the inward ventilation i have now is passive.. which practically means its just a hole in the wall, so the air should be sucked in by the exhausts. If this doesnt help my heat problem i have no idea what to do :O

I think that should help. your plant looks good so she'll probably grow to deal with the heat.

thanks makes me feel at ease ;)
I've just been reading around about plants that does that, and honestly i think we stand a pretty good chance from the looks of it.. i mean theres no damage on the leaves only curls and she's growing everyday.. got new branches growing nicely all the way down also ;)
But yes hopefully it will give better ventilation :high-five:

I think this is not a heat stress, man. Dunno why, but my plant's first fan leaves looked that too, i thought about heat stress too, later when new leaves appeared, this ended and never have appeared again, despite that wattage of the lights have been risen 3 fold since then. IMHO do not think about it, just let it grow :Namaste:
