I'd wait at least a couple weeks. Sometimes it's those funky ones that give you that funk!
Really is weird though

This is my Blue Mystic auto - week 5 plant. I count 8 bud sites. It's my first grow and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or what to expect, but hopefully this is how she should look at this stage ?
I didn't top it, but leaf tucking and LST as much as possible.
What do you guys think ?

Looks great to me. Bushy little thing. Just curious...what size pots are those?? They look small from here.:thumb:

Hey guys if anyone would be interested in following a auto journal look me up, this will be my second run with autos, I have 12 autos and two tents going this time so it should be fun. I can't add it to my sig with this phone so you will have to go on journals in progress and look me up or the easiest way is to click on my name on this post, then click on my post and you will see it, the title is Tom Smith's Second Run With Autos 2017. Everyone is welcome, the more the merrier, maybe we can all learn something from each other lol.✌️

Does someone know which low ryder type would be best to auto cross with a golden tiger? I thought of getting an autoflower like NL-5 or similar type and use it make my own auto tiger auto, but thought it may be better to simply go with a pure auto and do the golden tiger instead?

Hi all, thought you might like to see my feeble attempts at an Auto Jack Herer. I think I might have waited a little too long before putting her into a bigger pot, she looked a little root bound after 3 weeks when I took her out of the 4" pot that I started in. These are at 6 weeks and she's just starting to bud, 16" tall, 18/6 lighting with 1000 W HPS. I've been using Green Planet Nutes since the transplant to a 5 gal cloth pot. I've counted 14 bud sites but I'm thinking it'll be a little longer than the 90 days to harvest that Crop King claims. Comments are appreciated.

Also, I'm not gonna lie, I got maybe 5 pages before I skipped to the end. Lol

I saw someone suggest no higher than 5gal pots; If I were to throw some out during 35° latitudes flower period (we go to 14.5hrs of light in 3 days), could I go larger or would 5gal suffice?
(Should be getting 6-8hrs of direct sunlight)

Uhh Blazin, are you sure that's right? 35° puts you in Southern California. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but bigger pots won't help with not enough light.
:welcome:

So I started with 14hrs of light and will end around 12.
Pdx area. It's plenty of light for it to thrive, I just didn't know if it was enough to merit a larger pot.

Lets put it this way, I've heard plenty of people wailing about their pots being too small, but haven't heard a single whisper of their pots being too big. If you've got the space go bigger.

I ended up going with one in a 3gal and one in a 5 gallon.
We'll see how she goes!

Hmm, speaking to you with very little knowledge (I'm on my first grow), a couple of things you said stood out.
1. Transplanting - I believe it's the general rule that you never transplant Auto's, and plant them in the pot in which they are to be harvested.
2. Lighting - 1000W seems a lot, but depends on where you are growing, tent etc .. but the plant itself looks healthy.
3 - did you not think of LST ? I've done it with my plant and it's had amazing results. Here is mine week 5, lots of bud sites and I think they will double the amount in the next 2 weeks due to LST. Mine haven't started to bud yet and I reckon it will be around week 6 too so I wouldn't worry.

This is just my opinion based on my very minimal knowledge of growing, hopefully some more experienced growers will also jump in.

All in all, your girl looks healthy !
