At The Foot Of Mount Washmore

I hear you about Stress Ms Magic  Stress has had it's way with me - in differing physical ways :peace: We're all right with you this Sunday to keep you company while you pull those nanners! :high-five:

No I will not!

If you were a school bus driver then you know basically who I worked with at my last job, and I know that you must be some kind of Zen Warrior :bravo:

Oh yes you will, young man! Don't make me pull this bus over. :yikes:

I  loved  that job. I would have been running the transportation dept. of a small district by now. My health forced me to quit 10 1/2 yrs ago and I still get a little tug at my heart when I see a school bus. And yes, I do have an idea of who you may have worked with...and the parents attached to them. Retirement is better, huh TopCat?

I've decided no nanner pulling today. I'm going to wait for Sweetleef and have him help me tomorrow. Heads up, Sweetleef! It'll go quickly with his help and my hands and arms are still being stubborn. We'll also pull Sammy and the babies out for an update and photo shoot. I did get a quick look at the babies yesterday, Kopi and Franes Bean are both showing pistols! Good girls!!

More later, gotta catch up on my journal reading. A happy green day to all! And a shout out to slugs! They do everything a snail does but without a helmet!

"And a shout out to slugs! They do everything a snail does but without a helmet!"

Absolutely priceless.

On my way to bed and swung through just to say hello and goodnight. Good luck with your nanner pulling.

Thank you for the nanner wishes, Sue!! We'll get a nanner pic tomorrow, they are ripening really quick, and an update on the flower girls and the auto babies. Until tomorrow!! :Namaste:

Hi Magic:Love: et al.

Sorry, don't know where to ask this.:goof:

All the skin is pealing off of my hands. WTF. And no, that makes hair grow on your palms, doesn't it?:thumb:

Allergy to heart meds? At local VA clinic for EKG yesterday.....they don't know anything.:Namaste:

Anyone have this problem with meds before?:thanks:

:circle-of-love:

Ps. Fourth PSA test yesterday, and they still haven't told me the numbers of the first three. They have always mailed the results to me in the past. Things that make you go hummmmmmm! Plus, there was a SF VA cardiologist phone message to make an appointment in the city, when I got home from the EKG (????).

Other than wondering how I can have such great karma and such sucky karma at the same time, I feel weak but well..........you?

PPs. I don't think I'll ever look at that thumb up smiley the same again!!!

Morning John

Best to see a dermatologist, most doctors don't know a lot about skin conditions. It could definitely be a reaction to the meds.

I have an auto immune skin condition that is most likely caused by the meds I take for arthritis. It mostly affects my hands and feet but can also affect other much more sensitive areas LOL In severe cases, especially in women, it can be very painful because it can break out inside the mouth and inside other areas.

Good morning to you Celt.

Thanks for the quick response! I'll see three docs in the next two weeks, one my general and two cardio freaks. It's their meds, so they SHOULD know. We'll see.

LOL never count on a specialist to know side effects LOL your general might if he's seen it before. If they have you on numerous drugs, it could be caused by an interaction between them. As much as doctors and scientists know about our bodies, there is more they don't know.

If they knew as much as they'd like the public to think they know, we probably wouldn't be having to fight for legalization of cannabis ;)

Good afternoon! John, I second the 'bingo' and I think your GP is likely to give you a better chance at an answer for your hands. :thumb:
I hope you aren't hurting. I'm sorry you've got one more thing to deal with!! here, have a few of these :blunt::thumb::thumb::blunt:

:rofl::rofl::rofl::green_heart:

Top of the afternoon to you all on this luscious day! :Love:Magic, I love your sprit (not to mention your weed), and no, no pain {ptL}, just weird. It's strange with all the skin flapping around. I feel like explaining it's ok to people ......I'm sure it is. New meds'll do it!

YOUR new meds have GOT to get here soon! Tell Sweetleef this is too stressful ( use it, girl !) on my heart and you just must have it for my (last gasp) health as WELL as your own (I just love typing WELL large, sorry).:thumb:

So.....instead of me crashing your site, Magic (and SweetSue if you see this), I should start an off topic place for me to reach you guys? What if nobody came and I just sat there all by myself?:thedoubletake:

I'd have to come right back here. Where it's safe and just the ten or twenty of us hang.:passitleft::kiss::passitleft:;):bong::laughtwo:

Fudge it. I'm staying here (the 50 sites I know). I couldn't handle the rejection. I'd go wild! You think the Mango Sherbert this afternoon was off the hook? I'd eat another 1/2 cup and stare fate full-on in the kisser!!!

Speaking of 'full-on'.....Weaselcracker......I keep meaning to say : (except for our dark times, of course) I'm new here, so I don't much, but....and I think Magic said it and I said to myself, reading Magic saying (well typing) it, I thought to myself, wait...what was I....oh yeah (should that be yea or yeah or ....rimes with....not 'a'....) Weaselcracker, your names too long. Also, I find your humor to be sophisticated, intricate, cerebral, wise and just plain role around, side splitting, salty face funny, and I thank you so much for the times you've done that to me Light and Dark. Friend.:high-five:

Week 4 update, 2 days late!

Sammy and Tony are chugging right along. Today would be day 31 of flower, I believe. Sammy's pm is coming back... I know, John, I know... but her buds are coming along. Tony is really putting out the pollen. The new HarleSin clone that Sweetleef brought over is not ready to be pollinated yet, but we did pull more nanners, and we pollinated a small branch on Sammy. That will produce feminized seeds that are HarleSin back crossed with a Harelquin, yes please! Still more nanners to mature so there will be plenty to pollinate the new clone when she is ready, and Sweetleef took some pollen home to use on one of his Tangamanga's. This is where one of those Trim Tray's or Trim Bin's would come in really handy for me to separate the pollen from the nanner. Since I am the 'seed house' and I will be playing with pollen again, I may look into picking one of them up. The trim tray I think will meet my needs best. I'll do a little more research on that.
We took a couple pics of each of the plants, with the exception of Tony. The plan was to get a before and after nanner pulling...we forgot the after.

There we have it! :circle-of-love:

An oil update! Sweetleef brought my oil up yesterday. It still has some alcohol in it. We put it in an open tupperware so it will evaporate off. It has a lot of chlorophyll in it, but we used mostly trim. So I was up late last night. Climbed into bed around 1-1:30 right after taking the oil. The oil is still kinda runny so I dipped the tip of a spoon in there and stuck it under my tongue. I laid awake for quite a while and then that was it! Next thing I was really aware of it was after 12! So, sleep is something I struggle with and I definitely got sleep! I'll be doing it again tonight too!

As an aside, Sweetleef has been crazy busy over the last couple of weeks.THAT'S WHAT HE SAYS, anyway. He brought over some Bubblicious that he harvested a couple of weeks ago. I submit that he may not be as busy as he claims. I think he may just be really high! I know it threw me for a loop! :bong:

Thanxx Sweets...

Yea team Magic! Sounds like you got 8 or 9 hours, yes? Don't repeat that in the daytime without fair warning. If you'd of been awake, you might not have liked the ride. It's probably decarboxilated if you slept an inordinate amount. It's hard to decarb if there's still alcohol in the oil, the rapid evaporation holds the temp well below 200 deg f. and decarb happens quickly at 240-250 deg f. No?

I think Sweetleef told me the first thing he did was to grind up and decarb the weed, before he started the extraction. I haven't gotten into it today to see if it has made a difference yet or not. I just smoked a bowl so I won't head for bed for a while...happily awake!

Me too young lady....happily.:thumb:

Did he heat it in the oven, then? I should ask him how he does it.

I danced to the whole song 'Shake It Up' by The Cars tonight. First time trying all out exercise in years. Could hardly breath at the end, but let out a rebel yell to make Billy Idol jealous! Recovered quickly. When we dance that song together Magic, then we'll be dosing correctly!!!

Great update Magic, and congratulations for getting a good nights sleep. :Namaste: MagicMed...Oil Head...iwana.
