Do any of you grow in soil? I'm growing in fox farm, ancient forest, worm castings, and black gold with clay hydroton. My plants look pretty good an happy and I'm wondering if you have any good nutrient schedules?

Start with 1/4 strength nutes and watch your plant, if it starts getting pale up the nutes just a bit. If they start to get dark green back off the nutes. Remember that ph controls what your uses or doesnt use. Control ph and the majority of problems disappear.

420 website just posted a comprehensive soil and hydro schedule. You can definitely use or build one to suit you off it.

Nutes ???
I'm in 2nd week of veg and plants seem to be doing OK.
These plants except in cup....Are 42 days from sprout.
Before I knew better I mixed soil with 1/3 MG 1/3 seedling organic and 1/3 perlite.
Of course now my concern is how the MG is effecting my plants , how do I check to see what's in there so I can determine what and when to start adding nutes. I've not added anything at this point.

You need a soil ppm/ph meter and you just read ppm then take soil run off ph and ppm to see if plant is sucking up nutrients

I have 1/3 of MG with extended release in my mix...2/3 organic seed starter soil, and 1/3 perlite. Worried about the effects of the MG.

I have a question that I'm getting a lot of mixed response on so some consensus would be nice.
I just recently planted 2 blueberry autos in 3 gallon bucks of ffof soil. I watered the soil really good a day prior to planting. Then stuck them under my led in my tent to warm up.
I dropped the seeds in the soil without using the paper towel method or leaving them in water first. I am germinating straight from soil because I was told autoflowers are VERY sensitive to stress and the less stress the better. However now I'm wondering if the paper towel method would have been more viable because idk if the seeds are duds or not.
I'm keeping plastic wrap over the tops of the pots to lock in moisture and humidity. It's been 2 days and still no sign of life.
So my question: should I dig up the seeds to inspect them and put them in water or paper towel now or wait "x" amount of days before doing so? And should I just use the paper towel method from here on out?
Thanks in advance! :)

The only thing I've done is check my water pH with a simple test kit reading 6.3 III n bottle water which all I have watered with.I don't have a ppm meter, I can purchase one tomorrow, I seen one at Lowe's which test nitrogen, PH, phosphorus, potassium but not calcium, mag, or sulfer.
