At the germination stage. I've placed my seeds in small pots and watered them just a small amount. Just the surface.

However I only have the large grow tent with 600watt light.
1. Can I use this and get results?
2. Do I need air duct system or can I just use a fan?

I will hit her up and see if she can do anything for me appreciate the help
No problem tell her kingjoe sent ya. She is wicked nice chick.

I think I will do it slowly on just on plant and see how she reacts hopefully she will take and I can introduce the rest. If not staying in the tent will be the only way

Did you pre soak seeds in a ro water fir 15 hrs or so then paper towel them? Your yet should be fine with 600 if it's around 3x 3x 6' ur okay. Led or hps hid lights? Cob? There are many factors to consider while growing indoors . What is current room . humidity where tent room is in. Cold dark room do u have fresh air from a window that can be flowed through the room. .

In all fairness to g going things needed.
PH digital tester ebay 20$
Ppm reader
Lights
Nutes
Cal mag if under led regular light doses

Temp stick with humitidy
Exhaust fans would be good I'd suggest a 6 inch set up outtake unless you know u would t be moving g to bigger growing g area in future then get 4 inch save a few bucks.
Good Ventallion is key.

After gainin a little experience these are my thoughts on equipment, start with a smaller "beginner " type set up and get an idea of how things go and the space requirements the number of plants require, the yield that set up produces, and how much you are gonna consume, will you have enough till next harvest, and go from there. I started with four plants they grew fast and they need a little room for ventilation through the plant. My personal plan is to reduce the number of plants so I can do a little better with the individual plant instead of tryin to grow a bunch, two smaller setups is kinda where I am headed, one for veg and one for flower in order to keep a fresh supply. Plus I have a lot of fun watchin things happen and gives opportunity for experimenting and gaining knowlege. Sorry I talk too much I need to get a job or somethin.

Hello,

I have started a (first-grow) grow journal yesterday, and I have a few questions about the grow.
I am on day 19 in soil, everything is going well, but I'd like it if a few experienced growers would comment on my setup, soil mix, and if possible, answer my questions.

Some of my questions are about (soon) using Earthjuice ferts. If and when to start grow/bloom/catalyst, relation to pH, etc.

Please see my grow journal :

Thanks !

I wouldn't feed bloom nutes until the stretch has finished, let the plant use up all her nitrogen for the stretch and then switch to bloom. I believe a little nitrogen (grow feed) is good during the stretch, then after 2-3 weeks hit her with bloom. Every opinion differs slightly but that's how I roll, I also use PK 13/14 a few weeks into bloom. As for the rootbound issue, when you see roots appearing at the bottom of the pot by the drainage holes it's time to transplant if you want a bigger plant. You can flower cannabis in rootbound containers but I like to know I've a little root room when flower starts so I always transplant the day I go to 12/12.

i start bloom nutes on the flip to 12/12. it def speeds up the flower production earlier. theres enough nitrogen in bloom nutes for transition phase. you also want good root stimulant and some beneficial microbes. if transplanting id do it 1 week before flip to allow plant to recover and fire some new roots out before flip.

You should be fine with 3gal smart pots and then being a little rootbound could actually help you get more nutrients into her. She will no doubt drink very quickly so this may actually help you, I see no issue with flowering though. I use pots to restrict veg growth but I have flowered cannabis very well in rootbound containers. You may just have to feed them a little more in the way of water and nutrients than you would normally and you should avoid any issues hopefully. There's some growers on here that only flower rootbound so it must work out some how lol

I was always advised to wait a few weeks into flower for adding bloom nutes, particularly until stretch is finished but I'm going to try this method now on a couple of plants for the comparison. I hadn't considered the nitrogen in the bloom feed tbh but now you've said it the penny has dropped

My plant is 6 weeks old and looks like this any suggestions?

Not sure what's going on but those bottom leaves look a bit worse for wear, do you have fungus gnats (little black flea type bugs) in your soil? I'd bet my life that's gnat damage to those leaves!

I am not sure as i am n new grower but that looks like you have youg seedlings in soil with to much ferts and they ar getting nute burn .... is it soil and is it miricle grow ? that time release can kill you if you water to often also other very hot soils can do that to .... butnon 6 weeks your plant sould be much much bigger

but this is just my opnion
