It can just be handeling heat differently at the moment due to the lack of water around the rootball. Once the roots find the water they will uptake more water and then be able to sweat more properly which keeps the heat stress down. You wouldnt need to change the light.

I would see if pw's advice helps and just raise you light about an inch or two and see if it helps... Lst could do it but mine usually breeze rite through it

I just read where low humidity will show the same symptoms as early heat stress.
 
Or eggshells? Not even sure if these are real solutions seeing as my only experience is google and here but these are the quickest things i can get

You can try boiling eggshells and feed the water to them.
 
I was told FFOF has enough food in soil for 3-4 weeks. I transplanted from solos to 5 gal then waited about 3 weeks before feeding but they were already about 5 weeks old
Yes ff is hot but even though your plants five weeks old they build up the nutes to that level over time.....but most people recommend starting off wit 1/4 of the recommended dosage

Agreed on 1/4 strength
