Day 10 Flip
Typically I like to break this part of the plants life into two stages. The first I week I set the lights to 12/12 I consider that a transition week. You don't really see much stretch going on but the plants are picking up pace and you are starting to see fresh green on all of the branches. Then at about day 7 the stretch phase really begins. From here stretching usually lasts for the next 7-10 days with the most stretching showing about halfway through that. The last 3 days of the 10 days of stretch the plants are still growing but have slowed down considerably. That means I should be really seeing some great stretching for the next few days. I am already happy with where they are at so I'm interested to see how their final structures will be. The stretching phase will dictate a lot of what I think the yield will be in the end.
I finally put the smaller Double Berry plant on a stand. The last few days it's really picked up the pace but it will still need a booster so I wanted it to get closer to the lights so it had plenty of light for the stretch phase. I'm very pleased with this tent right now. It's been a few months since I had a tent that looked this solid. The DTF in the back left is doing incredible and I foresee it being my best plant. The Purple Trainwreck (front right) and GSC (front left) are doing better than I expected as well and are really filling in nicely. I pinched the node accidentally off the Purple Trainwreck when topping to make a tri-line and I dropped my water jug and snapped a main off of the GSC as well. It does go to show you that they can still fill in their space when stuff like that happens.
The sisters.
Sideshot of stretch.
The Tangerine Dream is starting to enter a whole different level for me. I've never grown a plant with this big of a structure. The stem of the plant is unreal. I'm having so much fun doing this but I hope I flip when I need to and not too early or too late.
