Ase's Multi-Strain Quadlining In Coco

Best way to do this would have been to grow a mother plant and clone off of it and then use the clones to do the net. I would have known they were all female for sure and they all should grow relatively the same. Either way I'm pulling it off doing it this way and I think I will see some monster colas down the road.

I've been doing a lot of bending and tying them to the net so the larger ones stay down a bit. Also boosting the one in the back helped. I'm glad I have learned a number of little tricks to keep everything even. I think I'm probably the most picky on this whole website on trying to keep things even. It's a huge part of my training so light and airflow can get to all the buds evenly. Glad to hear you have the same pickiness as it is key to quadlining.

I m still learning but reading this motivated me to find ways to make everything even in the grow space! I ll maybe give it a try tomorrow! Thank you

Oh you are going to see some good colas, the ATF make some very nice buds. They aren't as fat as some strains but they grow nice and long!

Your plants look nice as well my friend! I was visiting your journal a moment ago. They are so huge! It s beautiful to see such big plants that have full space to develop as they need!

Sounds very similar to that Blue Dream I did a while back. These have been fun to grow and a headache at times (doing this in a scrog has been a challenge) but this has been great so far. I think it would be a huge challenge to some people with limited space or just brand new growers in general as I've had to do a lot of adjusting. I'm always down to be adjusting because things are getting too big though. It's one of those good problems to have as long as you know how to handle it. Thanks again for the opportunity to show these off VS!

Thanks Flash, I appreciate it. Due to my plant count, I grow em on the bigger side. I would prefer to grow a lot of smaller plants and more variety but its not in the works now for now.

Day 29 ATFs Flower

The stems on both the back left plant and the front right plant are now getting very hard. It is a noticeable difference and a sign that stretching is over-with and they have hit their next phase. You can also tell by the colas. They both have thicker nodes than the other two. The front left plant is hardening right now and is only a few days behind those but I can still see some slight light green. That means it's got a little stretch left in it. The back right one is the boosted one and I still see very light green almost halfway on new leaves so I expect an inch or two more which will probably put it close to the others with the booster in place. I do think it's a full week behind the other two. 4 full weeks into flower and I'm really happy with where everything is at for this tent. The heat has been almost 100 for the whole week and I don't run A/C in my grow area. Tomorrow it goes down to 90 and then it looks like a break in the weather at just the right time for these girls as the highs are in the low 80s.

Girlfriend is doing so well with her CBDreams. I talked to a dispensary guy the other day and he said 1:1 is the most popular topical and it flies off the shelf. These are 1:1 so now I am really excited to make creams and oils with them.
@SeedsMan has a CBD Cream and Cheese that is approx 1:1 @ 22% thc/18% cbd...I am growing one and she is robust.

I really like them thin finger leaves and they all look so healthy.

One more day of hot weather (although still 10 degrees cooler than it has been) and then these things will be super happy. It'll by high 70s for like 10 days and just in time for them to start packing on weight.

Looking on point Ase!! Love your work brother. Can't wait to see those colas in another 4-5 weeks!!

Oh got final dry weight on that Northern Lights beast I grew. Came in just over 1 pound off her.

Day 32 Flower ATF - Day 24 Multistrain

The multistrain tent is in a bit of a pickle and I really need to plan out what I am doing with the ATF clones. I think this week two of them will go to happy homes. Then that leaves me with the two I am keeping my eye on for mothers. If I decide to not clone them then I will just grow these two in a tent by themselves. They both would be monster plants. They are the back two in the picture.

The little ones are doing well but they need to get into bigger homes asap. I went to go transplant them today and realized I don't have anymore 1 gallon plastic pots. Used so many for my outdoor veggies that I forgot to leave some for my girls! Usually I go straight into the 3 gallon fabric pots but with the uncertainty of what my plan is, I don't want to go straight to the 3 gallon final homes yet. I'll have more pots in two days and I'll do it then.

From top to bottom: Aurora Indica, Honeysuckle, Panama and the Durban Poison is the small one.

I decided to take some individual pictures of the ATFs. Some are starting to stack pretty nicely.

Back right is still stretching. It's the one that is propped up. It's behind the most

Front Left is the same size as the others but is a lot lankier and not stacking like the others.

Front right is kind of the surprise. It seems like it might be trying to take the lead of the bunch. Stacking really nice.

Back left is the best one so far but front right is making a charge for the number one spot.

Stick forest looking a little less stickish. Soon to be bud forest.

Damn! Those are looking really good. Kudos to you for growing them so elegantly and I really think Van is onto something there. :goodjob:

It may look elegant now but this has been far from it. I just did this grow off of a whim and really didn't plan it out well. Been a busy summer as well! It's been a lot of fun but it's been a while since I really just flew by the seat of my pants with a grow. I shut down my 2nd tent for like 6 weeks so I really took a long break from the growing grind. Looking forward to getting back to being more regimented but this has been a nice break. I think now that I am feeling rejuvenated again it will probably be time to build my auto watering system I've been talking about doing for over a year now.
