Oye vey! You have got to have a fan blowing on all the top colas. The fatter the colas the more likelyhood of mold. That fuzzy white stuff is definitely mold. As it progresses it will makes those areas soft and brown and the bud will almost fall out from barely tugging on it. This is what happened to me a while back with my first Purple Envy. Forgot I had turned the fan blowing the colas off for a picture and a month later realized it. by then all my fattest colas on each of the plants had mold. Not my finest moments for sure. I just ended up cutting those colas off or cutting the mold out so it doesn't spread. My heavy defoliation methods (which Newty uses) are also a big plus to making sure airflow is good. It's part of the whole quadlining thing and why I do it.
@InTheShed has it right with the high humidity is ok as long as you have good air movement. My flower tent is constantly in the 60% range for humidity and spikes at night. It all seems to be gravy as long as I keep the fans blowing 24/7.
