The oil does help with pain but i only take it now and again on an evening because its too strong for me.
 
Hey everyone.

Its 14 days since flipping til 12/12. I count flower from the flip to 12/12 as iy keeps it simpler to monitor progress by date.

Plants are continuing to stretch . Im hoping after this week they stop stretching or its going to get tight for space. First signs of buds have started, i can see where they will flower now. Looking mega healthy.

Its been an interesting week to say the least. Im about to start manufacturing CCO on scale to provide Europe with medicinal oil. Its quite exciting really. The problem is most oil and concentrates are made from trim and hardly anyone one grows strains just to produce oil or concentrates. People are just taking what they get with the hope it will help. There also is not enough to meet demand. I am in the process of starting a company that will change this and hopefully big things to come. Mega excited at this one. I will document the journey in a seperate journal once we have made the first steps we need. Hopefully by end of january we will be flying. :)


The easyfeed plants are looking mega healthy. Not a mark on them and beautifully green. I started growing in this spot a year ago and i was convinced the water would be a ballache being high at 0.7ec (350ppm on 500conversion). It did cause issues for LED grow but the hps plants have been fantastic. This will be the last grow in this space while tbe place is renovated so i might quit grow journals for a while after this one as its difficult to get regular updates on my other grows. I will definately still be around to help out anyone who needs my help though. We see what happens.

Your the man cult I make bho on a WAY SMALER scale than what your talking about I wish I had the equipment to run oil. I did trim for a guy a few seasons and he had figured a grow schedule that didn't allow the plants to fully mature but had more trichomes and potency than if they had gone full term he was real hush hush about his method as some people are ya know there afraid of loosing a recipe or something idk but maybe you would know better about what I speak of. Man I hope it works out for you can you imagine having a continent to try and supply talk about being the boss whole hell man make sure your retainer fees are all paid up and be careful brother. Thanks for the link taff. But those units wont touch what i have planned. Needs to be able to run kilos not ounces mate. Im mega excited about this venture. Im thinking of flying out to states in january and see how its being dispensed out there. Its not going to be under the table we going to target legal spots and build on it.

As do I wish you the best in your ventures just a heads up Florida just passed medicinal in November election and there writing oil scripts hint hint and we only have 5 growers in the state there are 4 million people in just three counties dade (Miami) broward (ft. Lauderdale) palm beach( west palm beach) there are over 50 counties in the state

Regarding the growing of full plants for oil is that what you intend on doing? The reason I ask is that I remember reading about a conversation between two botanists discussing MJ and it's medicinal value as oil. Apparently the lowest buds are those that have the highest concentration of CBD vs THC, which led me to thinking about creaming the top buds for my stash and making the oil from the lower half of the plant, I've just done most of that on my last grow and it feels like I'm getting the best of both worlds. Not sure what you make of this info but I'd be interested to hear your thoughts, plus it seems like it's too good to be true to me, but I love the idea all the same :)

Truth is i dont know about that. Im going to fly out to colarado in the new year and see what i can learn there as that seems to be the place to go.

Its not all about the cbd either, it depends what you are treating and you want the high thc to treat cancer. However im still learning about oil and concentrates and there are betted qualified people than me that would answer questions better.

Ive just made a batch of cco from amnesia haze. Looks great but didnt yield well. However it was from trim and lower popcorn bud not main flower. I washed 250grams of decarbed material and returned 11ml of oil. Well 11 and a bit really. Going to upload some pics now.

That's looking good there Cultivator, did you use Everclear, or some variant? I went the cheap route and used Isopropyl Alcohol, I know it's not the best but I can't get hold of Everclear over here.
 
I used isopropyl alcohol for this run but ive just ordered a pallet of everclear. Yoi must make sure the alcohol and acetone is evaporated before consuming cco made from isopropyl.
 
I ended up adding my cco to propylene glycol for use in an ecig, but I was never certain if all the alcohol had been evaporated off so I kind of lost the love of it in a vape (read paranoia lol), it did work well though. This next round I'll be using it on my gums as I've seen on here, so I'll need Everclear but it's like rocking horse shit trying to get hold of it in the UK. But as they say "where there's a will there's a way", so I will sort it somehow even if it means importing a crate :thumb:
 
Yeah i was looking in uk for it but not available. You could make your own if you bought a sthill. Its only corn, water, sugar and yeast then once fermented run through the sthill.
 
Thanks for the invite to you journal cult it's a real help you've covered most the issues Iv had with bud rot.. I had bud like beer cans and it was them that got the dreaded rot. Heart breaking It was I'm hoping the winter air keeps that problem away this time around ..
