So, I had to hang the ballasts cables and i got this idear 
I used tea cup holders and it worked perfect, the cables can slide but holds it all in place
I just love the look of my ballast board. Everything looks so clean and sano

Starting to shape up. Going to be nice dude. Higher ceilings and all. I tell ya, at first I liked the high ceilings for the fact you can grow taller plants. BUT after time I found I like it so I can raise plants off the floor so I don't have to bend over as much. I have that power box, cept without the timer. My Old Lady hates it. She's always slipping in the flower room right before the lite flips on and that pop scares the shit out of her. That'll show her. Well dude Gettem and Keepem Green. Oh btw I got some scary genetics in today. Some sativa's I'm hoping to get alittle pollen from. Might prove intresting for a seed breeder. Keepem Green

software makes a big diff in pics too i use my galaxy tab 5.0 mp cam takes ok pics, but the software it has makes all the difference white balance is the single best thing!, i have only seen the stuff from bpn and sns so far, i have been meaning to ask other wieners lol how long it took them to get it all in, ,i love the lights looking straight pro bro!!
no colons about it! i really hate connecting the ducting when its new makes me wanna punch babies!!j/k i cant handle the stooping over i have to use a sprayer and sit on a chair to water i feel so old and broken! lol went to the hydro store again lol the boys all know me by name now lol i got some more new goodies a lighted 30x loupe,microtip pruners,smartpots,diffusers(yup a1 im gonna do 1 dwc bucket),timer they are having a 25% of everything oracle brand sale plus my 10% ! i went a bit crazy lmao

The grow room is shaping up very nicely - love it! I like your ballast board, too. Very clean and organized looking.
I've entered a few nugs in the NOTM that I thought would do much better than they did. I finally feel like I have a good idea for what it takes in that one.

So to bring everyone up to speed...............
Dad and i laid down plywwod in the attic today over the garage. I am making room for the mother plants in there so I can move them out of thier current bedroom and this will be my new veg room!! Lotsa work ahead. Hopefully I can get it all done in 2 days, we shall see.
OH and Space? Main breaker on the house is 200 amps
I will be changing over my other grow lights to 240 when I do the room builds.
So to bring everyone up to speed...............

Hey didn't we go through this before 220? couple journals back? I should have been more persistent then too. Anyways Glad you got Pops involved. When you said he was a contractor I knew he would know and get you going in the right direction.
All your ballasts will run cooler, Your breaker box will too, you might even save $$ not sure though.

Long commute!
i can already tell the difference in heat on the ballasts. On the 220 ballasts it's almost like they aren't even on they stay so cool.
First time i did the electrical on the other grow room I didn't get dad involved so he didn't know. all I will need to do next time is chnge some wires around and get new 220 breakers. My other flower room will be running 12 lights. Veg will run 4 lights and the mothers will run a T5

so ya know my a/c runs on and off when the lights are on. I have it set 83 (ya) You probably noticed it gets hot real quick.
By the way Ak1 I have a new journal I started and I wish/hope you join up. You are one of my life lines that I would call upon when things start going bad.

just remember that that means a maximum draw of around 22kw. with cooker, kettle, washingmachine, computers, showers (showers use a LOT of amps) i wouldnt risk more than 10kw of lighting or you may blow something or push the wiring to the point of fault manifestation.
what alternate energy options do you have availible to you. is it windy/sunny were you live and do you have the land to monopolise free energy?
i wouldnt mind having some sort of alcohol based genny, but i dont have enough land to grow alcohol crops yet.
would rock if i could grow an alcohol i can use to make resin, clean classware and power the grow, lol

Wouldn't be able to do any of that i'm afraid.
Possible next spring i'll get someone to wire in a new box right next to the current fuse panel and use it only for my grow operations
im keeping an eye on this technology...it would be lovely if we can recycle the heat from our lights back into more lights
