Ace Panama, Groot, In High Brix

Well I counted not see any sort of flicker at all...
The reds were steady, used some of those LED glasses so I could watch them.
The panel wasn't flickering either, I even shook it, smacked it, flicked the dimmer hard a few times... turned it up and down... nothing but what its supposed to do... I even shook all the wiring around to see if anything was loose... nothing.
It all seems solid...

I have clones that will do that in veg if they are topped to soon. It takes them a while to recover. It just looks to me like that clone was stressed and never recovered. I'm not sure that it is worth the effort to put it back into veg until it straightens out unless you just want to learn and don't have anything else to run. What kind of spectrum is your DIY light? It seems your issues past and present are light related whether its naners or 3 bladed leaves. Have you given any destress? I'm not sure it's worth saving at this point unless you just want to try and "fix" her. If so I'd stick her back into veg until she quits throwing 3 bladed leaves.

Hey Neikodog, thanks for stopping by.
Funny thing about that clone is she was healthy, has loads of 5 bladed leaves lower down. I noticed a couple branches had the 3 bladed leaves but not all of them so figured shed be ok... newb mistake there. Weird thing is the original had 7 and 9 bladed leaves but the clone never went above 5 then regressed to 3 on a couple branches.

I believe my panel is 5k, but I have only used that new light on two full grows plus the last few weeks of another. The issues in the past were with prefab china crap leds.

I was using some destress in between the brix sprays on her but haven't used any since flip. I used the Leaf Wash just after translating her, only because thats what Doc said he does... which is strange cause you have to choose.. De-Stress or leaf wash... cant do both same day, yet the chart on his site says to De-Stress.

Not sure what I will do, dont have anything else in veg now... may try and do the 24-0 and see if she will straighten out... cant really afford these damn delays.

I agree, the symptoms on the clone are definitely light related, so it seems anyway.
I haven't seen any signs of pests, but no I haven't gone looking either. I will go check now.

Edit: No sir, no signs of any pests that I can see. She's so shiny, just wish she was healthy.

You know sometimes a clone just doesn't perform. I always take more than I need and keep the most vigorous one or two. There are ones that just don't look good and don't grow well I just kill em before they get big enough to give me these problems. I wouldn't stress about it...shit happens. Yep, I actually took 4-5 cuttings. Three of which survived, then I put them all in soil and kept the one that look the healthiest... Oh well, I will try not to get too bummed about it. I guess I will just let her bloom, at least I will get something from her.
Guess I will stick to my original plan and pop a seed or two in a few weeks or so.
 
119, ..Do you have anything else going to take the space up,...if you just cull her? I agree with Neiko ...it's definitely not worth a lot of effort. She /it , is under performing , period. Taking up space a, time , energy, and good soil. She is behaving as Neiko describes,..very stressed out. Waddever you decide to do with her, you will come out , 'the wiser' for it...so cheers 119!

No sir Duggs, nothing else growing right now. My plan was to wait 3-4 weeks before popping any new beans since it’s a 12 weekish strain. Thinking I need to keep her going, only because I can’t let it be a complete loss. One plant at a time is a huge disadvantage, never really get ahead on the produce this way.

Thanks Duggs... I know I’ll be wiser after this but it sure sucks.

Hey Daj! All! I have one large vegging gal that was a clone taken the same time I took the clo,as,that I'll be harvesting this weekend. She is wicked wonky with really big 3 bladed leaves and pistils everywhere. See her and all my new plants in same tent. What shoumd I do with my big wonky girl? Cull? Switch her to 24/0 until better and flip?

Well if you’re not pressed for time and have an area to run her 24/0 I’d try that before culling. But that’s just me, I have a hard time killing em... plus I need to keep it going and get something out of the time I’ve already put into her. that choice is really up to you. But I’d definitely get her straight before flipping.
 
Thanks Daj! I do have the space as of Sunday when I chop. I guess I'm wondering if it's worth it seeing how old and wonky she is. I can't imagine how long out will be to get her straight. I do love her smells, she is special (I had 2 phenos, sweet and dank but I don't remember which one this is, both are great) but I've got a bunch more seeds too!

This is true, you have a lot of seeds... as much as it hurts, maybe you should cull her. Make room for a one that will produce properly. Hell you
Could get her healthy, put her to flower, and have major issues.
Yea, now that I’ve smoked on it, that’s what I’d do. I’m jealous of your space!
