It's not a silly question at all. I use hemp wick. It can be found almost anywhere that sells bongs and accessories. It's the greatest way to enjoy the full taste and experience of smoking cannabis.

I appreciate advice where ever it comes. We all bring differences to the table that as a collective make us the community that we are.

I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble so, I wouldn't recommend doing anything that my jeprodize your job or personal life.

I can't tell you enough though how much I appreciate you chiming in and being apart of my corner of this community. Warms my heart we can gather together regardless of where were from.

Awe you're not going to like my answer.

In all honesty, you can't take any buds off that will be better than others for a quick hoot at this point. Your weed will be SOOOOOO much better if you not only wait the week until harvest but give them at least a nice 2 week cure in a glass jar.
The herb that you pick now will only give you a short rough high that will leave you needing more right after getting high.

Now with that all said, I've so been in the position that I need weed right now! (It's been a long time but I've been there) I would pick the lowest hanging buds, the weakest airiest buds from the bottom of the plant. Throw them in a little tin foil and straight into the toaster for a few minutes and you'll get what you need.

Unless you are being investigated or you have your youtube tied to your social networking, you should be fine. Somebody would have to put in a lot of time and resources to track you down from a subscription to a YouTube channel. Just my 2 cents though. On the other hand, better safe than sorry.

Love the old school curing method. I dry then bag then jar. Do you store your bud in the bags?

I'll do bags if I feel I pulled them down too early from the dry. Aside from that it's jars

Everything ends up in Jars. The paper bag encourages an even distribution of moisture through out the mass before jarring. That way I don't get lil phantom nugs harbouring mould or moisture. I have a dark box my jars sit in. I've had stuff stay primo condition for over two years. the flavour and smell matures sooo much. I love long cures! Last year I made some 2 yr old Blueberry Rosin. Was out of this world!
