A Closet A Light & A Bucket Of Dirt

I liked Regan. I was living in Cali when he was prez,,,, and work was everywhere.. I as a painter, could turn down a job or two back then,, there was houses going up everywhere. All the way from the Bay Area to Sacramento houses went up,,, And the all got filled up with people too... Was a scary time and he did a great job. To each..... Keepem Green
But didnt regan actually start the so called war on drugs

If i didnt grow, i couldnt afford to smoke, if i didnt sell off enough to pay the bills i couldnt grow, its a catch 22 situation. The people i sell to actually need it though and one has been approved for medical but wont touch the pharma meds, he cant grow because he is in a wheelchair, he has tried, this sends him to the black market to buy, so for me its a way of getting by and helping others, not about ever making big dollars out of it, im just happy i get to work on the one thing i love every day, even if it is illegal  If i had the option of a legal grow of my own it would be all done by the books with tax or whatever needs to be done, my problem is the laws they are looking to bring in mean you have no ownership over anything, you are a grower and the government take ownership everything you produce including waste to produce their pharma meds they want to push, this means no control over what you grow either, it will be what they expect of you. We wont see any decent growing laws over here unless they start talking recreational.

Yes! This is the point that sticks so hard with me. Like home ownership, you never really own it, and you can be sure, the cost of "government approved" cannabis will reach and surpass the cost on the black market we're working so hard to eliminate, if we let that happen.

We can change the laws, if we persist. It's up to us to stay focused and positive. Going recreational harmed the medicinal market in Washington, proof that we aren't paying close enough attention to something critical in this discussion.

My personal dream is to grow my own and to grow for a couple other people, with no oversight. We all just want to grow and be left alone. In time, it'll come. It's exciting to be out here where it's all happening, isn't it? 40 years ago most of us didn't see this as a possibility.

We have Nixon to thank for that. Reagan gave us the insanity of "just say no." That's an idea that worked so well to counter teen pregnancy that we all knew it'd work to keep our children safe from the dangers of cannabis, didn't we? :battingeyelashes:

I believe Ron and Nancy gifted us with D.A.R.E, the program that has been proven to have taught our youth more about the joys of drug use than anything their parents could have done on their own. Hahaha!

Stop that parinoid thought right there. Rob invests major funds and tons of personal energy to assure the safety of his kingdom and the privacy of his members. No way is he handing anything over. It's our responsibility to be careful about what we post, but as far as protecting your privacy? I feel safer here than anywhere else I roam on the Internet.

The critical point of the discussion is that there are not multiple versions of marijuana.
You cannot classify some as medicinal and others as jail sentences and yet
others as recreational.

That is like having laws for medical water and recreational food. Just will not work.
Has not worked. Will continue not to work.

Does law provide freedom or does law prevent freedom? I'm sick of laws but love them when I am protected by one.

The one thing I know is that when government passes a new law, most of the time is comes with a new tax, fee, charge, penalty or time spent calculating and reporting and paying said price that the government wants.

Did the cave men invent law?

I guess you have to try and figure out what a law is trying to accomplish versus the reality of what a law actually does.

Our current laws on marijuana make no sense what so ever. It is both legal and illegal at the same time for
reasons that are idiotic at best, evil at worst.

In a perfect world, laws are there to protect you. And of course you are supposed to NOT break them.
In one way it provides freedom WITH the prevent you from HAVING total freedom too.

Seeing how growers caught are treated and how system sees marijuana as not a drug (even though law says IT IS). Makes you wonder if the people making the laws are still cave men??

Rosie, Rosie, burning bright.
Shining in the heavenly light.
Though I be a growing newb.
I think you grow just right.
You look just like a Rubix Cube.

Lol

Here is Rosie on day seven of flower.
She has stretched a bit to 15 inches tall.(about 38cm)

Rosie has remained committed to being a real square. Just nerdy. Lol.
Lots of bud sites though and overall health looks good.

I am optimistic at this point. Looking good Rosie. :cheertwo:

Cheers Friends

She's a beautiful one for sure... I love the fact you've left alot of the upper veg on her. Thats sure makes for a for fast growing plant. I do the lolly-popping but hate taking the plants leafage. Least till laters. They some selective pruning to open the buds. Leaf means growth, least in my opinion. Granted indoors some girls need alittle opening up sometimes. Nice looking bush. + Keepem Green
