A Base Treatment Regimen For Cancer

You better believe you'll get high, depending on the route of administrations. CCO is all the oil in the trichomes you can pull from your chosen extraction method concentrated down to as pure a mix as you can muster. You take all the oil goodness from, say an ounce of frosty bud and you typically come up with between 4-6 grams of nothing but oil. Think about what that means for a moment Cannoisseuras. All the goodness from the trichomes packed into an intense concentration.

Take that through the gut in high enough doses - and it doesn't take much - and you'll be higher than you've probably ever been. CCO isn't something to play with lightly.

Take that same dose through an anal route, or break it up into multiple micro doses through the gut and scheduled throughout the day, and psychoactivity isn't a concern. This is how one gets massive numbers of cannabinoids into the system for healing purposes without walking around spaced out of your mind.

What would be your reaction to the idea of splitting the doses into four a day and administering them as suppositories Donvito? It would increase the bioavailability of the oil, thereby getting you better healing potential, and you'd have eliminated the foggy brain that comes from taking that high a dose through the gut.

Also, are you incorporating any methods of competitive inhibition to attempt to distract the liver enzymes, and anything about demethylation, so the receptors are clear and ready for action when the cannabinoids show up?

Indulge me and consider that back door route of administering your CCO. The stuff's too expensive and hard to come by to be less aggressive with, IMO, and our desire here is to maximize your chances for returning to homeostasis. You've been inspired to combine the oil with a carrier and lecithin. Take this a couple steps further with competitive inhibition, demethylation, and a change in the route of administration and you take your regimen to another level of effectiveness.

I'm more then happy to go with suppositories (I watched the vid, thanks so much), just need some direction with the rest.

I have the apigenin, just need the amentoflavone and dementhylation?? How do I apply they two supps .

Grind on friends and thank you

Suppositories on their own will make a huge difference compared to oral.

The apigenin and amentoflavone (or Ginko, I think that's what you said you had back in May) for competitive inhibition of liver enzymes should be taken 30 minutes before suppository. Also have a healthy fatty snack high in Omega 3 (and avoid Omega 6). I just use fish oil tablets, or a tablespoon of coconut oil to help keep liver busy. Then take suppository as close to 30 minutes after as you can. I let it slip to a hour between supplements and suppository and noticed that some euphoria slips through later as the supplements wear off and some of remaining THC gets metabolized. It's not nearly like taking dose orally, but can cause mild impairment.

For demethylation to keep receptors clean eat mango, drink green tea, and dark chocolate (90%) at least daily. Cajun said to take mango with supplements each time. If you can do that great, but at a minimum a daily dose of each.

And drink a full glass of water with the supplements each time. You need more water to flush the waste of dead cancer cells and it's very easy to get dehydrated.

Thank you all again for all your help.

I had a strain last week that knocked me for six but I've changed back to another and it's much better.

Juanita La Lagrimosa has been top notch and I'm slowly getting me level.

So 4 times a day is fine. Anyone have a schedule that works well with your biorhythms or do you just adapt.

Cheers

I never, until this moment, considered dosing in relation to biorhythms. How would one do that Donvito?

Cajun, please accept this in the spirit it was offered, simply as a way to make all of that valuable information easier to ingest in the place where people will be most likely to be reading it. You know my passion for making everything as easy to read as possible mon ami. This was too valuable to leave alone. :hugs:

Can't say I know exactly what your talking about?
Spirit what was offered?
Where will someone read it other than here?
How are you making it easier to read?

Oh. I see. Ya Katy Kerick'd out on me again. Lol. Hey, it's quicker than those damn smoke signals....;)

1 real quick thing. I've noticed specific strains being pointed out. That's awesome to find a favorite strain.
But, mix your strains as much as possible. There shouldn't be any OG Kush Oil unless it's a specific reason. Mix the strains.

This part still confuses me a bit. What criteria do you use to choose the blend? At this point I've learned to make the oils. Next step is determining which strains to mix. For instance, I'm using an infused oil made with CBD Critical Cure. It has a ratio of at least 1:1 and potential up to 1:2 THC:CBD, and I know the terpene profile I can anticipate. So the question becomes what strain would I blend with it?

I understand to process of choose the ratio and identify the terpene profile you believe will offer the relief you're seeking. It's carrying it to the next step that I'm at now, and there's no handbook for that.

Is there any way to make this part of the process less intimidating? I know a couple of you do this, and do it well. Anyone care to share the thought processes behind the science of blending strains for therapeutic outcomes?

You should consider yourself lucky you can mix/blend strains.
In my day, it was unheard of. The few that tried were called "blendies" by the local kids & ostracized to where they couldn't even walk down the street without ppl chunking measuring cups at them.
They had to even get their coffee from old men that ride on top of the cars cause "Blendies" would have whip cream spit on them at Starbucks.
It was a dark hell on Earth back then for Blendies & Mixers.

The modern version of "We had to walk ten miles through waist-deep snow to get to school!" Lol!

Me too.
Thought processes?
I guess it'd be like this. If you can fit 7.5 adult males in a specific vehicle & need to get 54 of these fine young men to a specific place at a specific time over all sorts of terrain & weather...

You may benefit from using several vehicles to get the largest mass moved, and to go through appropriate/terrain- vehicle match.

I just realized this Cindy 99 got me real chatty. I'm gonna remember that.

Y'all have a great weekend! I'm blowing steam as in attorney on retainer. Lol. Not really.
Going to Garden of the Gods all day mañana. Looking forward to letting some of this go & running with the Life Joy.

What a glorious spot to let it go mon ami. Enjoy. :hugs:

Consider blending like a chef. Smell the oils and buds. The ones that smell like they would be tasty together are the ones your body wants!

That's an interesting thought. If you start with good profiles it's a matter of finding the ones that strike the clearest emotional tones.

Mastadons weren't bad. It was the arachnid of murderousness, the spider bird.
Spider mites that weighed 100's lbs. With a nasty yellow vapor they breath on you that robs your lower ear lobes of CBD.

You guys. :laughtwo:
