A Base Treatment Regimen For Cancer

could it be an overdose from thc? I gave her 50 mg last night orally. Would it have left her system by today?

Vomiting wouldn't be related to suppository dose. Depending on how long she was taking the 50 mg orally it could be reaction to sudden change from very high oral dose. More likely vomiting is caused by some other condition or by pain/pressure on spine. Oral doses may have been helping nausea. Was she able to sleep? You can give her small dose orally, about 10 mg in addition to suppositories. That will provide pain relief without uncomfortable side effects.

Hi Sue, it's not a problem at all! I appreciate any help I can get and just having a brief response is more help than you may realize.

Mom has changed her diet dramatically, introducing more juicing and smoothies into her life. Also increasing more vitamin and mineral intakes she was missing before. I will definitely check out your ECS without cannabis thread! Thanks for the heads up.

You mentioned that Cajun recommended a 4:1 ratio, is there a particular reason for this ratio for lung cancer?
I have 90% thc oil with one syringe that is high in cbd. If i were to do 4:1 ratio, could i add for example 100mg THC: 25 mg CBD?

And finally, mom is feeling better today. I only gave her an oral dose last night to give her a nice night sleep. I think I'll skip the suppository today and see how she reacts. If she feels better then maybe it was the supppository with cacao butter? If that's the case I have already ordered all the products required for the biobomb and will attempt to make those and see if her reaction is different. In regards to the capsule, this may be a silly question but if inserted into the rectum, will it dissolve on its own or is there step required with them?

Yes, the ratios would be in line with recommendations. I believe the higher ratio of THC is to more aggressively initiate cell apoptosis, which is one of the major jobs we're hoping the cannabinoid can do here. The lungs are critical to survival of the whole, and lung cancer is notorious for being more aggressive.

This is my best guess, not having an oncologist who works with cannabinoid therapies to call on. It won't always be like that, but for now we're still out here on our own, holding each other together. :hugs:

KR already addressed the concern with the makeup of the suppository you used. That reaction wasn't from the suppository. And yes, the capsules dissolve on their own. She can take the time they need to empty and dissolve to relax and think lovely healing thoughts.

You're using hugs? :hugs::hugs::hugs: :cheesygrinsmiley: Hugs are a healing force all their own, you know. We always encourage lots of hugs. You can pass on one from me. :hugs:

Our basic rule here is ask, ask, ask, until you feel comfortable moving forward. You're doing a great job. :battingeyelashes:

So now it's my turn to get some of all of yous wisdom.
Dad's last two types of chemo drugs have done nothing and it's time for me to do our thing.
My first question is
With no connection at the backend anymore are suppositories still the best option?
2. It's in his lungs and liver now and growing. So olive oil and coconut oil plus?
3 I'm not a math guy so please dumb down any ratios and formula with real examples. I am a baker so dad wants treats lol
I have 00 capsules.
Right now and for about 9 weeks I only have 15g of 8%CBD 4%THC.
what would be the best use of this amount? Oils, butter or ?

Hi Newb. Very sorry he didn't get at least some benefit from the chemo. That's a hell of a treatment to go through. As much as I hate what it did to me it did make my tumors smaller which gave me a little more breathing room to get started on CCO. I won't say don't worry, because this is your dad so of course you worry. Instead I'll say have confidence in the protocol that Cajun used to treat colon and liver cancer together.

1) I assume you mean he had colostomy. That doesn't change effectiveness of suppositories. They are absorbed through mucosal membranes of rectum into capillaries better than any other delivery method including for liver. You will want to push the capsules in deeper than normal, about two knuckles in to reach upper rectal vein that goes to portal vein that goes to liver.

2) Focus on the liver, so use coconut oil. Lung tumors are easier to reach because all blood flows through lungs every cycle. So if you treat liver you are also treating lungs. Even if that weren't the case I'd say treat the liver first.

3) RE treats: Sugar feeds cancer cells, and so does white flour. Use alternative sweetener like stevia and if you need to keep weight up rely on oils and fats and use whole grains (as much as you can switch with white flour and still have him eat it. I like oatmeal and barley flour.) FYI - CCO in edibles will go straight to liver, but not as much as with suppositories plus you lose more terpenes through stomach.

When you say 15 grams, do you mean oil or herb? If it's 15 g oil made from 8%:4% herb that's about 250 mg/day which should slow or stop tumor growth until you have enough to increase doses toward 1 gr/day. Considering tumors are actively growing now I'd like to see you find another source so you can increase to 500-600 mg/day sooner. I'd also like to see the THC% higher, at least double digits and closer to 20%. The CBD is good and will help repair chemo damage/brain function as well as fight cancer. But in this case THC is the cannabinoid that will do most of the work. Do what you can to find some to get you through the next 9 weeks. PM me if you need more options.

The ratios: Starting dose is 1:40; 1 part CCO to 40 parts carrier oil. Carrier oil is 3:1 coconut oil:liquid sunflower lecithin (has to be liquid, sunflower preferred). So 3-way ratio is 1:hmmm:10. That will make 00 capsules at about 20 mg each. Give 5 doses per day (100 mg/day) for 4 days, then increase strength to 1:20 (1:15:5) for 4 days, then 1:10 (1:kiss:4) or 2:20 (2:15:5) for 4 days, then 1:5 (1:battingeyelashes:2) or 4:20 (4:15:5), and finally 6:20 (6:15:5, = 200 mg/capsule = 1 gr/day). You can do smaller increases or spend longer at each dose, but do your best to get to 200 mg/day as quickly as possible.

I know you've been around here a while, but I want to remind you use the supplements listed in 1st post. Working with lower doses you need to make every drop count.

edit: A little math help: In the ratios above use ml if measuring with syringe or grams if measuring by weight. To start you will need:

20+ capsules @ 20 mg each = 1 ml CCO + 30 ml coconut oil + 10 ml, except that's over 40 capsules, so instead use .5 ml CCO + 15 ml coconut oil = 5 ml lecithin and a whole lot of mixing, at least 10 minutes, chill overnight, mix again and then fill 20-22 capsules. (on the other hand these small dose caps can be used orally for pain, etc., so not a waste to have 40.)

Here's a table. Don't know why I didn't do it this way to begin with.

KR, you need to edit that to replace the emoticons with digits. :laughtwo: Sometimes I feel like the only one who types that fast.

:laughtwo: I see you already did. Lol!

15g flower. That's all his first one gave me. It had trouble from the start. I have two more of of the same and two of 17.5% THC coming before 9 weeks.
He also has dispensary cbd oil in syringes.
He will be sad that I can't bake him really yummy treats.
Two knuckles CHECK
Coconut oil CHECK
Working on convincing him to use suppositories.

Exasperating, isn't it? My daughter obviously has undiagnosed IBS, and nothing I can say has convinced her to try suppositories.

One of these days we'll have a system in place to share. It frustrates all of us to have to stand by at a time like this.

The CBD will at least slow the progression and begin to act on inflammation. We're at the whim of the canna gods here and I'm sending all the positive energy I can muster New B. :hugs:

Ok now it's yes I'm getting lbs of it!! It will have to do for now. BTW KR mom is getting supplements on Tuesday.

Every blessed inch of the plant, from soil line to apical tip, is covered with trichomes, most only one cell high. Each of those trichomes is filled with the healing oil of the plant. With pounds at your disposal I believe you'll do well.

Isn't it nice when the universe answers the call so quickly? :cheesygrinsmiley:

Karma,Universe and a really good friend that also believes in this wonderful amazing plant.
I've only made cco with ISO, so a little nervous about doing 190 proof

It's the same process, excepting that with ISO you have to move a little faster, don't you? If you've used ISO successfully this shouldn't present you with any difficulty. Get everything really, really cold in advance. I personally let my washes strain in the freezer. I like everything super cold at every stage, so this helps me feel more confident.

You'll be fine. Have fun with it, and report back on the yields. It's not often someone has to resort to using trim, so we like to gather the data for future reference. What we're learning about the cannabinoids suggests there are many therapeutic benefits from ones no one is looking at yet. You're still on the cutting edge New B.

I choose to believe that this is what the universe has determined will do the job until buds are available. I have great faith in cosmic inspiration.

Ya,with ISO the method I got taught it was 3 min soak and then strain then heat till almost all evaporation has completed. This was for smoking,so I'm sure a little more viscosity will be good. Everclear has been in freezer for weeks now. Will put bowl and other required stuff in tonight I'm thinking.

Good call. It's the same process. Cajun recommends three washes of 3 minutes each, and he has the experience, so I follow those directives. He also once shared that he and Tim had tested the different washes and determined that the best use of them was to combine them. There's this tendency to look at the first couple and believe that the apparent purity of those in comparison to the third wash suggests it'd be smarter to keep them separate. His contention was to resist that urge and combine them.

The clinic is a non profit & has been under constant attack from the IRS & local government. We have been charged major money & cannot keep on. I don't have the$ anymore for attorney's.

So.... I'm taking a break from it all & will be hanging around.

The baseline of knowledge here has grown so much from where it started. I'm thrilled about it. Great responses from the "team".

Thank you.

Hey buddy!!! Good to "see" you, although not under the circumstances!! I have a hard time "liking" your post with the disappointing news. I am happy to have you around again. I am certain there is more (and newer) knowledge that you have picked up.

How are you feeling BTW? Last time you checked in, you were beating back another round. Hope all is well on the health front.

Anyway, see you around the funny papers. :circle-of-love::peace:

Sorry to hear of the troubles Cajun. It is nice to see you back though and I hope you're winning with your health battle :)

I 'liked' because it's always good to hear from you and not because they came after you like they did Al Capone. That part hurt to hear.
Looking forward to hearing more from you on how it was going otherwise, when you're ready to share. Welcome back.

Welcome back Cajun. You don't know me, but I feel like I know you. Thank you for sharing all you have learned. Everyone here has been so amazing and willing to help me, help my sister.
Now I would like to share her latest scan results. The tumors seem to be mostly resolved and her liver looks better, just some cysts.
My question now, is how long should she continue with the gram a day of high THC? She has really bad neuropathy from the chemo and I was wondering if there was anything pariticular we could try that might help. Something high in CBD maybe?
I am sending huge hugs and thanks to everyone who has been guiding me along.
