A Base Treatment Regimen For Cancer

I need to get some practice making them as I think my mother could benefit from this application method as well as tacking

Hizzy, you can make them as suppositories, or you can make capsules and use them as suppositories. I personally haven't made any suppositories, but I have used capsules, and they're very effective. I can't recall if I shared that the instructions for suppositories are on page four of this thread, post #50.

Good luck with your mom. :hugs:

Update on my treatment and a little good news from my scan today. :circle-of-love:

The remaining tumors in my lungs were very small after my chemo 9 months ago, so main concern has been that would start growing again. Largest one was about 2 mm, one was 1mm and rest were too small too see but we know they are there.

Last scan just before I started oil suppositories the larger one was same size but more solid.

Today's scan report: all nodes under observation same to better. Same as in the invisible ones are still invisible (probably a core still there, but not growing back). Better as in largest one is back to soft and cloudy looking, not looking at all like it's about to take off again. I can't say for sure that cannabis is the reason. I was hoping that it had shrunk to invisible but half expecting this to be the scan that starts chemo talk again. So a very good outcome.

I'm halfway to gram/day goal. Increasing very slowly because I do feel the effects while I'm sitting at work. I'm an accountant so I sit a lot. I don't feel euphoria, but thinking gets a little cloudy sometimes. As soon as I stand up and move it clears but returns almost as soon as I sit back down. Learning to work with it. Taking it slowly. Relieved after today's scan than I can keep going slowly.
:Namaste:

Freakin' awesome. I'm really light hearted to hear this & am happy for you my friend.
Keep it up!

Hello everyone, I have just begun to read this thread and naturally jumped ahead prematurely. Reason being I just want to share this, last week I heard a new research showed siliciban (silly) mushrooms used once had unexpected results. Patients anxieties were relieved significantly for up to 6 months after single therapy session and may be of help. Might have been on CNN or news. God bless

I have a trusted friend that's been goading me to give shrooms a try... medicinaly. I've eaten them in the past, I grew up in cattle country & had lots of access to cow shit after it rained. Lol.
But, I've heard positive stories about their med value.

Might be time to see the pretty colors again?

My experience with them ( a long tie ago) was 4 hours of non stop laughter. EVERYTHING was funny!!! :circle-of-love::peace:

:laughtwo: For science. Lol! This is one I've yet to experience. Someday.

The psychedelic drug in “magic mushrooms” can quickly and effectively help treat anxiety and depression in cancer patients, an effect that may last for months, two small studies show.
It worked for Dinah Bazer, who endured a terrifying hallucination that rid her of the fear that her ovarian cancer would return. And for Estalyn Walcoff, who says the drug experience led her to begin a comforting spiritual journey.
The work released on Thursday is preliminary and experts say more definitive research must be done on the effects of the substance, called psilocybin.
But the record so far shows “very impressive results,” said Dr. Craig Blinderman, who directs the adult palliative care service at the Columbia University Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He didn't participate in the work.

Psilocybin, also called shrooms, purple passion and little smoke, comes from certain kinds of mushrooms. It is illegal in the US, and if the federal government approves the treatment, it would be administered in clinics by specially trained staff, experts say.
Nobody should try it on their own, which would be risky, said the leaders of the two studies, Dr. Stephen Ross of New York University and Roland Griffiths of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Psychedelic drugs have looked promising in the past for treating distress in cancer patients. But studies of medical use of psychedelics stopped in the early 1970s after a regulatory crackdown on the drugs, following their widespread recreational use. It has slowly resumed in recent years.
Griffiths said it's not clear whether psilocybin would work outside of cancer patients, although he suspects it might work in people facing other terminal conditions. Plans are also underway to study it in depression that resists standard treatment, he said.
The new studies, published in the Journal of Psychotherapy, are small. The NYU project, which also included psychotherapy, covered just 29 patients. The Hopkins study had 51.

Hello SweetSue, I went online "magic mushrooms for cancer" and a few articles popped up 12-31-16/12-2-16. The thread is right under this A Base Treatment Regimen for Cancer in the Medical/ Cancer threads. Interesting that EZ Gro Mushroomkit with Psiocybe Cubensis spores are advertised for sale in US {only} in High Times Mag. Really hope this helps. Seems anyone can grow rather quickly.

The standard experience with a birdseed kit, is that it just might not work for many reasons.
It's about like planting a cannabis seed in your garden soil and it not quite working out, or works out OK..

At some point, most cannabis growers either join a cannabis forum or quit trying to grow.

Same for psylocibin. The best plan seems to be to join a mycology forum first, because you are either going to join one later and build your own setup, or you will quit growing shrooms.

Everyone I am sorry being off subject with my posts. We should only discuss cannabis here for the safety of all. Bi-polar moment.

Occasionally we wander off topic walleye. :battingeyelashes: No one gets too crazy about it. We're here to discuss cancer and the creative ways some of us have found to treat it successfully. That subject is very broad.

I appreciate your dedication to the integrity of the threads though.

I've been told while I'm in Jamaica I'd best drink the 'shrom tea. Am I going to enjoy that as much as I anticipate?

Hi Litmus! Glad you're back. I copied your original post to refresh my memory. Cajun seems to be tied up still so I'll take a stab at answering as much as I can.

I would follow the protocol as posted on page 1 and start building dosage with a few particulars in mind:
1) Yes, suppositories are best method to get large doses to the tumors. Inserted just past the sphincter the CO will not cause euphoria, will avoid first pass through liver and make more available to fight tumors. Always use a glove or finger cot to protect rectum from scratches or infection.
2) This is metastasized cancer, so 75% should be suppository, 25% tacking if you use tacking. Cajun has made a point that he wouldn't tack for met cancer, but I think he meant just tacking by itself. Combining delivery methods should help as long as most of medicine is from suppositories. Also tacking won't cause euphoria if she learns to do it without swallowing any. I haven't managed that yet.
3) It's ovarian cancer, don't know if that's hormone based type, but I would use olive oil as carrier oil instead of flaxseed oil just in case, or cocoa butter for suppositories.
4) Making capsules for suppositories I use the BioBomb recipe here: What is a BioBomb . One recipe make about 90+ "00" capsules for me. As written it makes 10mg CO capsules. Replacing 1 gram of carrier oil with 1 additional gram of CO increases capsule dosage by 10mg, up to 20 grams CO makes 200 mg capsules.

Main point is to get started right away with oil you have. (congratulations on harvest btw!) As long as it's high THC it will treat cancer. CBD would help if you can add any, but don't hold back if you can't get any right away.

I hope Cajun can take another look at this and respond while you're building up. Best of luck.

(Noticing some irony. On Sue's page I asked you to post here. Now I'm posting link back to Sue's page. Amazing how it all ties together. That's the entourage effect!)

I originally posted this in Sue's thread and was informed this was the best place to post so I've copied the original to here. I've read the first 15 or so pages along with the tacking and making CCO threads as well. So here goes...

Hi All,

I'm hoping for a little guidance on the best way to administer RSO/CCO to treat my girlfriend's ovarian cancer (previiusly stage 3) that has metastasized to her colon and outer stomach lining. This is her last ditch effort to survive. Here's where we are at this point.

She is 37 years young and was diagnosed 3 years ago. After 2 rounds of chemo and a full hysterectomy she was cancer free for about 9 months. It returned after those 9 months to her intestines and the outer lining of her stomach. I took her to the ER on thanksgiving eve because she has been having stomach issues. She had 2 blockages in the colon from the cancer. They did surgery immediately and detached the lower intestine and connected the upper to an ostemy bag which they haven't decided will be permanent or not. They couldn't re-attach 2 sections of the intestines as the cancer has spread throughout with tumors as large as golf balls. The doctors discussed the possibility of more chemo, but the cycle she just completed has done nothing. They are giving her anywhere from weeks to months before this disease takes her. We live in a legal MMJ state and have our cards so I brought up questions regarding using RSO as a possible treatment. The doctors didn't have much of an opinion other than saying it has worked in some cases and is being studied.

So my questions here are:

1. Would suppository be the best method for administering the RSO given her circumstances and lack of time?
2. If yes, should this be mixed with coconut oil/lecithin for bioavailability?
3. Will eating doses of canna coconut oil ( I make it very strong) help as well?
4. I made a batch of RSO previously. First decarbed, then made with ISO in the magic butter machine and slow boiled off at 220-240 degrees using double boiler method. I just sampled a large dose of the small amount I made and it had no "high" effect on me. I took approx 2 grains of rice sized dose and swallowed instead of tacking it. It had zero effect on me which is making me think it was over heated and lost the thc,cdb effects. I will make another batch following the original RSO method and toss this out. Thoughts?

This is our last ditch effort to save her life. I'm spending most of my time at the hospital with her, so I don't have the time to search/read through these entire threads at this point.

I could really use some guidance on the best way to attack this cancer as quickly as possible. She is finally on board with whatever method works best. I'd really like to have a detailed plan of attack when we meet with her oncologist team on Monday. Since they don't seem well informed to using cannabis as treatment beyond pain management I plan to provide as much scientific detail as possible.

Thank you all in advance. I'll be checking back later.

Thanks a bunch Kingston! This seems to be a great place to start. She has just started chemo on Thursdays again. Her diet has improved, but she's still on IV saline drip twice daily to keep her hydrated. I got some pure food grade grain alcohol for the oil. Just need to get some suppository molds since we will be going through quite a bit.

Litmus,
I use capsules for my suppositories and they work fine most of the time. Occasionally I have trouble inserting one and it leaks on the way in. FYI in case you have trouble locating the molds. Also easier to take some with me since they don't have to stay refrigerated to be used.
