700W LED - Auto Topping Grow - 2 Plants

Willy no ur ok;) u can top an auto at preflower i done it before with no ill effect.will give u 2 main colas and ul notice all side branch nugs will be a good size;)
 
nice update beast those plants are looking very wide! I am beginning to like that more than just growing straight up as some growers do.
I also am beginning to think that topping and lst does add a few more weeks because the only auto I didn't top is going to finish way ahead of the rest of her sisters lol
 
Xave thanks mate.and these 2 autos are 6 and a half weeks old today still no sign of flower.i did switch feed to bloom yesterday to kick start flower.and northern light blue is even wider now

I wish I could get my colas as even as yours are in height. Mine seem to go all over the place and not sure how to control it like you do
 
Five thanks mate.its quite easy when u done it a few times it gets even easier.which part u struggling with mate got any pics? Or are there pics on ur current grow ?

I have done some lst and topping on my last two grows but only lst on the current due to them being autos. So not much experience at all unfortunately. But I am pretty much guessing and doing my own thing when it comes to lst to try and get the hang of things and it has been getting better each time. I think my main issue is space, I need more space!

Good day all autos 63 days old today 6 and half weeks old.still no sign of preflowers so i did switch to bloom feed yesterday.also northern light blue had another tie down yesterday and now fills up the frame of her pot.this plant has gone exactly to plan so very happy with her.automazar looks abit miserable and growth seems to have slowed alittle.but the middle growth has filled in well have some nice dominant growth but expected her to be bit bigger at this stage.so time will tell.first here is automazar

Thanks spart mate just need them to flower.iv never grown autos that have taken this long to flower?. Normally my autos are fuzzing well.away by now lol.time will tell mate ;)
 
Could a reason for them not flowering yet be due to the large pots you are using? Could it have taken longer to create the root ball and therefore not kicking in to flower until it fills out to what it feels it needs?
Not sure if that even makes sense but was just a thought
 
I've never had an auto go more than 3 weeks without starting flowering I think the first and fastest was a sweet cheese from sweet seeds was literally done in 7 weeks total was real nice smoke started to flower at a week and a half i think it was due to me adding nutes to the water real early started to flower right after
 
Thanks dirt mate yea she is a big beauty cnt wait to see what buds she holds;) and there is new additions but aint saying yet as got a few more germing then il decide which ones will take these 2 places;)
 
Five very interesting point and did cross my mind as iv never used pots this big.i hope that is the case some monster buds to come if that is ne theory;) thanks for the incouragement nice1;):passitleft:
 
I don't think flowering has to do with the pots size. as my jh that is almost done that I didn't top is in the biggest pot of all 4 plants. I think its about topping lst and the phenos genetics, hope that helps
 
Iv done automazar before and northern light autos before.and all other autosi have topped flowerd well before these.time will tell i guess there healthy so sit and wait ha ha;)
 
Looking great man! Still itching to pull the trigger on some automazar seeds lol.

When you can Beast stop by my journal. I'm getting ready to go update some more now on some early flowering. I would love your advice on if I should switch these few to flower nutes already.
