50 Shades Of Green - Tunkers' Forest - Fog Shenanigans

How big was that thing. They say the female can be 4 times larger than the males, so a large male would be about 10cm. The males can fly but the females can't. I read that only 3 females have ever been seen in the wild in Australia. Class dismissed.

It was a good 20-25cm long. I played with it for a while and it showed it's "wings" slightly which was cool. Funny coz I knew it wasn't dangerous but seeing a twig that big moving around was just freaky as hell. It was a bit windy yesterday so I'd say it blew out of one of the big gum trees nearby. Thanks for the lesson @Scrogdawg I was reading about a breeding program they started for them and they only managed to get one female for all the males they found so I hope I did see a fem! Apparently they reproduce without needing males.
