5 Unknown Strains - 2012 Grow

cool with the light. I wish mine was. but I can still get a cmh bulb if I want one. but I have done ok with my 4 foot flos and my Cfls for veg and side lights.
and I hope everything turns the right way for you and your grow! (sorry for the suck up).
anyway most any water conditioner uses salt as the primary conditioner home or fish. but if you get some clean ro water and do the flush as you have you will be ok only reason I know about the conditioner is all the fish that I used to keep. and then read a few folks posts here about salts and MJ

well dont worry to much about givin me any of those reps. honest I just want everyone here to be happy with their grows.
and as long as you dont over think it or go panicing your grow will be a pleaser for sure. some folks here have a tendency to add all the info they get all at once instead of understanding why

Great info going on today! I use Tap water as well and let it sit 24 hours also. Correct... The conditioner is full of salts. Your covered with lights but the CFl's will help on the side just be sure to rotate the plant. I rotate mine every 9 hours when lights are on. My entire grow has been with CFL's and T8's for side light. Im happy with the bud production for auto's. I am switching to the big boys when my tent comes in. Ill still use cfl's here and there. True wattage im using over 600 now.

My plants react to tap water differently which was in a bad way so ill no longer use that again.
Those CFLs are only for side lights. I actually took that idea from your grow journal Spring. I have my 400w over top of the plants. I just dont know if there really necessary or am i wasting my light? Im going to start rotating more threw out the day. Ill add another 400w when i move my plants into the closet.

Not a waste at all. As long as something gets close to the lights. Rotating gives a part some extra light. I feel like the flowers benefited from side light.

I just turned them off and they do add more light to the lower parts of the branches. I just need to rotate them more. Soon ill be putting them in 5 gallon buckets. They out grow every pot ive put them in. Ill for sure need more space the reason why im putting them in my closet. I plan on putting a scrog over them before i put them into flower which is the end of this month. So i wouldnt be able to rotate them at all once the scrog is on them.

well part of the reason for a scrog is to allow more light penetration as its Lst on steroids. so yo may just try movig the light one way or the other durring the course of the day. I have raised my light a bit higher(the hps) then I normaly due so I get an even spread with it. and adding the extra flos to help make up for the outside growth. my light meter reads pretty strong all across the canopy

Ok updates on the girls, as I just found out its really a she. She showing early signs of sexing. I guess these extra weeks of vegging are proving to be good Sorry that the pictures are upside down lol And Im happy that I took more clones from her yesterday. I have 9 clones going right now under my T5.

Its cool I knew you would find your way over sooner or later. Havent missed anything huge. You made it just in time for the female parts to show. So thats cool. I killed 2 of the 5 i started with. Im still mad at that. I was such a newbie coming into this. But I wont let that happen in the future. So next ill be updating my clones when I see roots threw all the rooters. My journal is a bit slower than others. Im just vegging longer and doing all my experiments on these plants so when my new seeds get here i already have my official set up and know exactly what I want to do as far as growing.

I'm taking it slow and taking the time to veg it out as much as I can before Flower. That way, I can take cuttings, train, scrog LST or whatever. You get the idea.

So ... did you end up ordering some known strain seeds.

Agreed 100%. I want my stock to be huge. Its already 4 inches thick. So I read that the thicker the stock the more your plant will produce. So I guess that Rhino Skin been doing its job. I also use 100% honey & molasses in my solution. Which adds for a hell of a carbo & sugar solution. Not to mention CaMg+ has sugar cane and molasses in it also. And I use 10ml of that per feed. So thats

Rhino Skin - 10ml
Molasses - 2tblsp
100% Honey - 10ml
CaMg+ - 10ml
Hydrozyme - 10ml

This for every feed and every other I add the Grow & Bloom. Depending on what the leaves tell me. Ill be adding more to the line up as I go along. Which will be more advanced nutrients additives. Ive made of list of things to get. Nothing that will be useless. So new products Ill be getting are

Connoisseur
Liquid Carbo Load
Enggy's H-2
Revive
Organic B-1

But I havent yet ordered new seeds. Ill be doing so when these plants are in flower and I have my ultimate grow room set up and finished. So everything will be on time. I dont have my new seeds just laying around because then ill be tempted to plant them and I dont want to have to much on my hands. Im still getting the right amount of space I need together. But I do have my list of seeds I want which consist of

Banana Kush
G13 Widow
Kosher Kush
Durban Poison
Kizzle
Blue Dream
LA Confidential
Karmas Head Band

I can go on but these are on my top list.

Yea I woke up to these pistols and i tell ya its a beautiful and relaxing feeling to have knowing there females. Im so happy and Ill be even happier when my clones root that ive taken from her. A new surprise is that I now have 2 female plants. The smallest one is starting to show pistols. Though ive only seen one site. Maybe more will show threw the week. I hope the last one is a female also. Its good to know they didnt hermie threw all of the deficiencies the two had. There growing mighty fine and the roots just keep coming out these pots. I mean there 5 gallons. I just need taller pots I guess. Next transplant I will in fact get taller pots
