I treat my soil and coco with lime, so that gives cal mag, but I also feed cal-mag+. I don't think epson salt has calcium. It is a magnesium birate or sulphate or something. I could be wrong.

For Ca I use Camg+ but its only 1% mg so i use epsom salts for more. But I mix my coco with bone meal and lots of it. It keeps my plants green and lively.

I will add a pinch of epson salt when I feed today. I use the liquid seaweed for k, but I never tried bone meal for extra p. I think the flora series has a good amount of p in it, when you use the recommend doses with the three part series. I wonder if my plants would benefit from bone meal, though.

I use a tblespoon of epsom salts. I do need to find something higher in K. I forgot that I did order the new AN Rhino Skin its 13 in K. I havent been tracking my orders lately. As for the bonemeal that stuff works wonders. All and any plants can benefit from that stuff. I dont know how much I add to my coco. I usually just grab a handful and dump it in and mix it up good. If you ever ran into a N def or nute burn some how it automatically fixes it since it has P and Ca in it. 2 things plants need to revitalize roots.

I will do updates on this journal soon. Been busy with alot of other things besides the fact that im sick and still going to work on top of running 2 journals. Im ok though. 100% Orange juice and Nyquil will do the trick.
So ive been thinking about giving my plants thats in the flower room orange juice for more potassium. It Tropicana Orange juice. it has alot of carbo and sugars on top of having 450mg in potassium. 1000mg= 1ml so Im figuring about 4tblspoons per gallon. It should be ok since more potassium is needed during the end of the flowering cycle right? Ill be harvesting the Cheese Wiz Qush in the next 3 weeks.

Oranges? cool.... I never would have thought of that. Any potential for issues with citric acid? Oranges.. I have a ton around me. There is a Tropicana plant very close by! I need to grow an Orange tree. I have a Lime tree that is about 8 years old and a new lemon tree.

i wouldnt think fulvic acid would be a problem. I put lemon juice in my soil before just to cover up the smell of the mj plant.

Hey Vick.
Im feeling some what better cant complain im still alive
Ill do some photo updates soon. Everything in veg is going great, flower is simi ok. I think I topped to much so in all reality if I didnt have 6-8 tops per branch then they wouldve been 1 huge cola vs 6-8 small colas. I dont think ill top as much on my next batch. Matter of fact Im going all natural so running a decent SOG will be fine.
On the other hand. My beans Ive ordered theyve were shipped back because the sender forgot to put the apt# so I couldnt even go pick it from the postal office witch sucks. Now I have to wait another 7-10 days for 3rd time. I will be getting some CS for sure in the next week to start breeding. Hopefully my Kush's germ and grow with no problem. What a long 2 weeks

Hey guys! Just throwing up a couple pics from the veg garden. And I added a DWC bucket thats running BPN high yield nutes. All though instead of BPN root magic Im using Great White. Just fed the girls in flower also. Looks like a a long 82 days for those girls. Ill snap some pics of those soon. Not really happy how those look right now. Not sure if I should be. To mutch topping during veg maybe

But I was hoping to see some bud photos!
Last I heard about them you were trying to push PPMs up to 1300 and going for 1500!!
You were confident they'd be able to handle it, but I was a bit of a non believer.
We were all waiting to see what happened with that, but no posts about it?
Could you have perhaps gone too high? burning, and stunting growth, slowing development?
Because I can't see how much you topped to be a deciding factor of why your buds haven't developed like you thought they should have..

DAY 50 of FLOWER
Here ya go Vick I had to wait until the lights went out to take some good shots. Theyve been taking 2000-2050 PPM. Theyve been bulking up but and shooting out more pistols and the calaxis are swelling. Very dense. But its the size of each cola that is getting to me. If I was to bunch all the tops together there would be some huge single colas. Im kinda looking forward to DAY 82 for flowering to see where they will end up at. At least I know now how these strains will work and I know what not to do. I think growing these with out so many interruptions will work out best or just running a scrog. Other than that its my light source since its only 400w. I will definitely go with 600w or 1000w next time. Only thing I really like about these buds is that there rock hard. Very solid. Let me know what you think from the pictures.

You must be flushing more than you're feeding to rid all of those salts.
I know if I fed my girls that much, they'd hate me and have one hell of a hangover for a few weeks..

Bigger buds will give you more stem, multiple smaller buds will give you more of a yield once everything is separated from stems.
You're at 82 days of flower and they're still spitting whites?
That's got to be the longest flowering time I've ever heard of.

I shouldve taken a wider shot of the plant. It has 35 colas growing. So hopefully it does benefit. I think its the 3 month veg time thats giving them strength to take up to 2000 PPM. And get this, I havent flushed once since flowering started. There not in soil there in coco and coco croutons. There only on DAY 50 of flowering. I was saying im looking forward to DAY 82 of flowering. My PPM meter is working fine. On top of me following the measurements 15ml of bloom is 1000-1350 PPM with 2tsp of Kool Bloom adds 350 PPM and the rest is Dry Kool Bloom at 1.25 ml. Thats why Im thinking what in the hell!!!!!! 
They just get solid and fatten up. And yes still shooting out pistols. Im really clueless right now. There just now starting to turn amber on the lower half of the buds. Ill make a video of me making and feeding my nutes next feed. I feed them every 4-5 days. 2 day water schedule. feed full strength nutes then the next day give them a light regular water and then let them do there thing. Then 5 days later I repeat

Man, you've got me so confused right now..
Hopefully you can help me understand things here.
When you mix up all your nutes and after PH adjusting, do you read PPM's right before you feed and you're getting 2000-2050 PPMs?
Or are you just adding what the PPM's would be if you used a certain amount without metering?

I just can't wrap my head around you pumping such high PPM's without HEAVY flushes.
Try to be careful when using KoolBloom dry. it should only really be used for a week of feeding 2 weeks before final flush. The stuff is so hardcore it can stress you plants into doing things you don't want it to do, like hermie'ing and creating seeds. you don't want that.
And at this stage, you shouldn't you be backing off your PPMs gearing up for final flush?
Please don't take any of this the wrong way brother. I'm not harping on ya.
I'm just trying to understand why you're doing what you're doing is all.

Ok after mixing up all my nutes to 1 gallon of water im reading from my PPM meter.!
Im not flushing the day after feeding nutes im just lightly watering with no run off. I just want them to use up all the nutes in the coco.
I dont know why im pumping all the nutes into them also????? I guess its because I think there to small and when I started them off at regular dosage there wasnt no type of change for 4 weeks. So I just started to up the nute feed. And thats when I started to notice them fattening up.
All your input is good right now. I just need conformation that these colas are ok for DAY 50 of flowering. Honestly thats what im looking for. I mean I compare them with yours and others and I just dont see the weight. Wondering where did I go wrong other than not getting a bigger light source. Ill back off the feeding of the nutes for the next week or so. I picked up some flora klean and ill be using it to do a good first flush.

even with no run off, isn't that considered a flush?
Even watering with 1/4 strength nutes is still considered a flush because it's not full strength..
maybe I'm just looking at it differently.
Anyway you look at it, it seems to be working!
