480W & 720W LED Grow - Land of Clovers

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

You know what is best for you, I just think it will be sad for you to let them go instead of seeing if they could make it another week or 2 even (if they look that good at 4 weeks I think you could make a decent amount of hash or oil at even 6 or 8 weeks). Think of them as your children! lol

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

Yeah dude I dont think they look that bad actually, I mean they could be better but after looking at the pics i think they have a good chance of pulling through.. I say give it a couple of weeks and see what happens from there..

Dont stress bro things happen.. :goodluck::hookah:

Peer pressure! Mike practically owns your grow now anyway so you should do what he says and keep em going ;)

If you hadn't said anything was wrong I wouldn't have even given it a second thought (they look far from being a waste of effort in the pics so they can't be that bad can they?). My best guess would have been that you weren't feeding them enough but then I've only grown once.

Of course the upside to getting rid of them now would be you could get to some Science sooner! What were you planning on doing for your next experiment/comparison/grow?

haha yeah right... irish can do whatever he pleases and he knows it! lol.. like you said Jdizzle from the pics they dont look so bad.. Ive had some of my plants look worse and come out great at the end.. I think they just need a little tlc..

There three weeks in right? If thats the case the development looks good so why stop..

I trust irish will make the right decision whether it be to keep them or sacrifice them to the gods...

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

lol. u guys are killing me. :)

their 4 weeks in, and they not under fed. they dont look as bad in the pics as they do in person, basically all of my resin is getting eaten away. and the leaves are starting to die back. i am going to give them some time to see if they work out, trust me i dont want to pull them and thats my last choice, but i also know whats best from past grows, if my resin is getting damaged and i am going to harvest not quality buds then i rather not harvest, and spend those other 5 weeks towards my next grow. they have 1 week to show me their getting better if they seem like their getting worse then its shows me theirs too much K in the DM red for this strain and theirs nothing i can do about that and have to call it a lost..

next grow i am going all 100% xtreme Gardening products, my Jack Herer is so good looking and so frosty its not even funny and its all organic. couldn't be happier with that grow so far.
I will post pics of the Jack in a hour or so

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

IDK Irish...sure is a tuff call and it sucks having to pull them...I always get pretty attached my self lol...Yeah but for sure have a lack of zink or some sort of lock out.I dont think them leaves are going to come back but new growth should be good.:wood:

ya not sure if they will come back or not? ive been told they should as long as their not brown from dying. but i am keeping an eye on the new growth, i would hate to pull them but if their going to keep getting worse after i gave them my best i am not going to deal with it and waist the extra time. trust me i am trying to give my best for them to bounce back. the folair spray of the micro blast should have helped them. in reality the chealted Zinc/iron should have helped so this is what makes me thing that it might be a K toxicity from the DM Red 13-13-13 NPK

Man that's a nightmare, to possibly have the dm and medium working against you, i hope thing's turn around with in the week, you could stick with them for 3 weeks and they pick up again, but how would that effect the end result, i think it would be better to be just about were you are now but with some new healty plants to give a better end result and figure, and learn from this, the jacks are doing great man, fingers crossed for the cj's :goodluck:

Jack Herer 21 days flowering.

i am loving these XG products, my camera dosent even do justice these girls are very frosty, my camera just sucks at close ups. i have to have the led lights on just to show some of the resin. these girls are around 32" and as healthy as can be, they already passed up my CJ's and they were planted around 3 weeks after.

Heres my prized girls.

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

I'm confused... Which products are utterly amazing and which ones are causing problems? Are any of the Azos products giving you issues? They sound pretty amazing on their website.

ya their really frosty the camera dosent even come close to showing. i got XG from their web site, i know OSH sales it and some hydro stores sale it. got my from the maker though as a sample pack.

all of the XG products are working great. its my CJ grow thats not using their products thats having trouble. look at the 1st page for info on what plant is getting what. Basically the plants that look great are getting the XG and the plants that are having trouble are using DM red. check the 1st post on page one

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

Dear god imagine moonshinemix and other just add water organic soils with these fungi. They would probably make the plants eat everything up before they got very old!

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

WOW :yummy:

I love it when they get frosty this early... nice work Irish! :adore:

The organics do seem to be working out for you... I know there's nothing better than compost in the garden... so much better than worrying about overdosing with fert. salts.

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

The pellet lime is the right stuff.. Just do your best to smash it by hand or coffee grinder, blender... Whatever it takes to get it to powder form...Just make sure it is not hydrated....

yup organics seem to be the best way, no salts and no PH'ing very easy and clean
very good. tahnks man
u got it
Hey IrishBoy,

Do you know which version of Jack Herer you have? I'm curious mostly because I received a free fem seed from Green House.

When did you start having problems with the DM fed plants? Were you already in flower? I was thinking of using OC+ or DM for a mother plant to save money on nutes, but if the TRF's cause problems in veg then I wouldn't want to use them.

Does anyone here use dolomite limestone and if so where do you get it? Locally, I checked Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards and only one place had pelletized lime which is not the right thing. I figure if I can't get it locally and have to buy it online I might as well check with you guys first so that I can get something that works good with our plants.
IDK what version i have? ill know a little more when i get into flowering a little deeper.

i didnt have any trouble with the TRF's until maybe a week ago, witch was 3 weeks into flowering. i am thinking my medium has allot to do with it staying way to wet and not draining, i know others that are using DM red and their doing great. OC+ should be more them good for a mom and thats what i would use for a none flowering plant.

Try OSH for lime they have it. take the advise down low on how to use it.

The pellet lime is the right stuff.. Just do your best to smash it by hand or coffee grinder, blender... Whatever it takes to get it to powder form...Just make sure it is not hydrated....
:thanks:

re: 480W & 720W Grow LED Hydro - Land Of Clovers

i talked to mike and he's been wanting me try swap out my old 300's for his new ones since my tent is going to shit, i didnt really want to swap them out until next grow, but we came up with a deal to swap out the two 300's for four 180's for 960w instead of the 720w i am using right now. i told him i would do that because each plant would have its own 240w light.lol. that should be real cool. so that might be in the works next weak.
