whats that do? help lesson the work load on the roots from pulling water?
Have you had ur girls stress out like that and lean over and droop, and you did this and their came back? I am down to give it a try if it could help them bounce back
ya a big weight off of the shouldersWoot! Congrats man, a little weight off the old shoulders.
Marley
thats why i want to seePretty cool. Will be interesting to see if it works for all your clones.
yes it is sirgood to see them perking up Irish!
OH yeah...The blueberry is notorious for doing this... The method I talked about works every time for me... Give it a try..
Your girls are loosing moisture..
I usually catch it within the first couple of hours and put the cups on the girls...

i am going to do that for sure. i need to buy a spray bottle mine had other stuff in it before so i rather start clean with a new one.
how long do u leave the hood on for? do u see them raising up pretty fast?
your right all the moister is leaving threw the leafs and causing the roots to work over time instead of growing i believe?
Thanks for the info. i had to just chug a bottle of soda to get the 2liter.lol
I looked at the calcarb stuff... It looks good.. Yeah the HID heat will hurt them under the cups.. BUT the high radiant HID heat will burn mine up without the cups lol...
Of course we are talking LED's here and the heat is MUCH less of an issue.. But it's still there, so yeah be carefull... I'm sure you have the LED at 24 + inches up.
Irish I use no holes.. But try it with some holes if you want... What your trying to do with the hoods/cups is to keep the girls from transpiring so much moisture from her leaves... The hoods/cups prevent this.. It works bro..
It creates a little bio-dome
Yeah when I do it they perk right up.. But if I pull the hood (bottle) off to soon the girls droop right back over... So it takes a few days for my clones to adjust before the hood can stay off... Hope it work for your girls..
the girl is sprayed and in the dome. yes my light is 33" above the tallest plant and i am also just running one 300w right now. harden them off since their coming from some CFL's before i got themI looked at the calcarb stuff... ive always felt ive done better putting them into their main home from the get go. transplanting is the 2nd most stressful thing in a clones life. 1st most stressful thing is cloning of course.Good call on the humidity-dome Dog. Do that IB, your ladies will not regret you doing so.
I always scale up too when transplanting, and from clones, I slowly increase until each container is root-bound. To each their own; I understand that.
They will pull through brotha. Just a bit of shock and awe!

I made some domes from the bottoms of 2 liter bottles, but sometimes they seemed to get too much moisture built up inside. Had one laying around that had more of the neck and cap end...whoa, relief valve!... and not a bad funnel
