I am enjoying your hydro grow and I also took the bike out for a ride on an uncommon 60F February day yesterday. Kawasaki Concours14.
I have firmed up my strains for this years flood and drain grows. Starting in April. Acapulco Gold, Fuel D.OG, then Blueberry and Golden Tiger for the 2nd run.

Hey West. Hope your Great!. Got a few going, ( no Journal) Strain is JCK ( Skywalker x SFVOG X DeathStar x Master Kush )
These are 45 days from seed, flipping tonight.
They are Kratky Method, Had airstone in 1, but took it out now, because it seemed detrimental. Was air pruning, which i dont want. So today, I mixed 2 liters each bucket, 800 PPM, Been getting flower nutes for the past week already, so she should be ready to go into flower full swing. Im hitting them with 800 PAR for the last 4 hours of the light cycle tonight, then 24 hours dark.
They are 17inches tall, didtn Top 1 single time, very little defoliation. I instead put all of the fingers off but 1 from the bigger leafs early on, seemed less stressfull to them.
PS: I agree with you on the warmer water also. Seems 70-72 is the sweet spot.
I do change the water every 3-4 days, so they are getting just 2 liters each now.
The 2 smaller plants in the back, are in Promix/coco mix. Also, never topped.
Extremely difficult to not top, LOL.. Very first time i havent.;lol..

It was 73 f here yesterday ,couldn't pass that ride up . i love the Acapulco gold . i'll be watching for the new grow in April .

Hey Mate, going well.
Do you trim all the leaves off under the scrog screen? Or just leave them.
They won't get much light and will concentrate all the energy to the budsites once they are gone, also improves airflow.
Love DWC, some of the best yields I have seen on plants, just can be a PITA getting it right.

Solo hydro
I’ve been doing this for three weeks. Started with water 1/4” into the 3-3/4” mesh basket . At start it took a week to use the water up , now it’s three times a day or I’m gonna lose them . They both came out of the cloner together but one is larger than the other . I just used the water and nutrients mix from Mama Candy . I filled them an hour ago and there empty again . I’ve got 21 in the cloner ready to go plus these two by Friday please , that means you Grasshopper. @Krissi Carbone his name stuck big time his brothers call him grasshopper to haha . Seriously I need these gone I can’t get a good pic of Candy .

No I made these guys put them in five gallon buckets. I’ve been busy getting these guys set up and running asap. You always encourage me to try things but in hydro , 3 weeks in the cloner and tomorrow would be 3 weeks in the cup and I should have already let these go the roots were pushing the basket out plus they’d be drooping last three mornings no water . I’ve got to find a little hp promix to move new mama to a pot .
I’ve got to go record the other thread , crazy cold days till Sunday . I see on the weather channel it’s gotten to y’all.

Finally I bought my mc from the manufacturer instead of the zon . I guess when I finish this quart jar of the old cal-mag numbers looks like no need to add it anymore. I dug the old bag out the trash and sure enough big difference. They also sent a bonus of kelp , have never used the stuff . Plus they sold the mc to me for half price . If it wasn’t for the electric bill (Ercot) I bet we could get those ounces under $10 an ounce, old prices when I was a kid . Pics
They definitely improved the Ca:Mg ratio though I still like more nitrogen than they're putting in, especially since they bumped the K to 17%.

Preview of what’s a coming . The Blue Dream is not mine , there trusting me to pop a seed . I checked the Candy Kush with the microscope, no cracks on these three . Threw two away that were on cracked so five back ups left . The most needed the CBD , definitely in dire need of in green .

Had to check , they got crushed in the mail . First round I had gotten one plant from 10 seeds and luckily I bought 20 . Bonus of looking at trichs to have a microscope, now has multiple uses. Hope your doing great , a lot of catching up for me to do .
