Thank you for everything you do and for making this such an amazing place to share and learn!If you say people skate by every month, then there is definitely something wrong here.
Why doesn't anyone speak up then?
Ultimately, it is up to us, however we like to get the community help on this too.
When we confront people on wet nugs, we have a 33.3% chance of them lying about it and acting offended, 33% chance of them admitting it and being cool and a 33% chance of them telling us to go fuck ourselves for calling them liars and that the nug is overly dry and we are jerks and then they leave the site in a tantrum, never to return from either anger or embarrassment.
So, if you guys and gals can help us monitor wet nug entries, we feel there is a better chance of them being more accepting of the decision, as well as sending the message to others that they have to deceive to the whole community, instead of just going head to head with us. Of course sometimes people make honest mistakes, so we always take that into account as well. It's just a sticky situation that we get hated on from all angles, so weed REALLY appreciate the help in sharing some of that load with us.
Renee and I are not growers, and Teddy makes the best decisions he can, but we sometimes need your help here.

Same bud in the 3 pics.
1st pic day of cutting wet leaves undryed and still looking like just picked
2nd pic same bud after a week of hanging. Leaves dry as a crisp and curled due to no moisture and being "dry ready to smoke or vape"
3rd pic exactly the same as 2nd but with ambient light and no flash!
Sorry to here about your circumstances but they are irrelevant to weather the pic is eligible or not!

This nug may be grown by yourself or purchased at a legal medical dispensary.

Promotion also includes family and friends who register a new account for voting purposes. Campaigning in any form - including but not limited to mentioning the entry in any thread outside the contest, a signature link to the entry and campaigning via PMs - will result in the entry being removed from the month's contest. A second instance, either in a different contest during the same month or in any future contest, will attract a lifetime ban from all future contests. General encouragement to vote in all the contests is fine, as long as it's not excessive or crossing the line into campaigning. Any post which explicitly or implicitly encourages members to vote for a specific entry is not.
10. Editing Photos: You may resize and/or crop your photos, however adding text, images and effects are prohibited. This makes it a fair contest for all, as not everyone can afford photo editing programs and/or know how to use the them. Photos must be cropped properly, leaving no large empty spaces at top/bottom or left/right of the image.

Those pics were taken just before it was vac sealed. So yeah was dry enough to smoke or vape but was not cured at all.Hey guys shall we leave it for the voters or probably the mods have enough to go with. So technically I wouldn't smoke it or vape it but it could of been smoked or vape at the time the pic was taken!
Funny thing is it's not even close to the best nugs in this thread and won't win anyway!

Afghani X Gelato from my last harvest, cured for a month. Smells earthy but sweet and sooths inflammation of the ego. Highly recommended.
I’m sorry for your loss brother and hope you find peace and comfort soon. It seems like every time you turn around we’re losing people. I’ve lost so many friends in the last few years that it makes me wonder what’s happening with the world
