will do, I just hooked up my small C.A.P. controller and so far its evened out a little bit. I am testing my 13 year old 400 watt MH. So far 72 in veg 73 in flower.
If anyone heres of any used iponic controllers plz pm me
 
Hey s1ingblade, I'm thinking I have the atmosphere down, I'll be following your journal to see what your doing. The training I received from reading your past journals did not get detailed on when to (top or Fim) remember I'm a rookie that has no hands on yet but, I do have my med card, anyway I was wondering when to top (3rd or fourth node)? or Fim? and when to top again (how many do you top)? I will have 4 plants in a 4'X4' tray much like you and I would love to have a scrog looking like yours. And at sometime in the future (after much training) I will try for a 4'X4' monster. If you do a journal showing how you get to your 4 plant (Scrog) I would be a happy camper with front row seats, (reps all around).

Also, if I was to put tea on my plants once every week, with my system, after the tea drains I would than change my reservoir but there would be about 1.5" in the bottom of 4-5gal buckets, then when I feed next time the small amount of tea would than mix in to the fresh nutes. Would this be a problem?

will do! good idea for a fresh journal. plz be patient im spread ultra thin at the moment:loopy:

as for the tea I dont see a prob if your adding an air stone aka air diffuser. If your worried about it you could dump in a gallon or two and flush again before you refill with fresh nutrients so whats remaining is mostly FRESH water.

Dont worry about being so spot on on it all, lots of what youll learn is from just doing it, cool part is when the light bulb goes on without flicking the switch lol.
I usually top and tie the plant in 2-3 weeks and again in two weeks when the new tops are nice.
Ill start a journal soon and show it from out of the cloner and all thru training them into the screen.

Out of curiosity, not trying to disparage, how do you know you got the real deal? I ask cause as I get more growing under my belt I may take next level to being a legal commercial grower and would like to know how to obtain things like this.

to be honest I wont until we flower. I got them from an awesome member here who was the one who purchased them from the cup recipient, so there's high hopes, good chances its the real deal, awesome thing is the breeder/grower who is responsible for this strain also gave him some seeds and he's gifting those too. We should know once its flowered out. Not sure which excites me more? The GG or the cannatonic

Coffee, nice to meet ya.
Forsure I'll show ya how we did it. It will take a couple days cause of tonights work trip and the fact I cant get in there right now (lamps off). We basically used some flush type vents from the blue home imp. store. Cut matching pieces of OSB, sealed it on the edges. Before we connected them we had traced out the vents (adhesive Take Offs) cut the holes and connected the vents to the backing. Theres two vents one is for intake and the 2nd is for exhaust. Cool thing is how I no longer have to have 8" elbows popping out of walls looking like I am running laundramat haha
Ill be able to take a little video and some pics and get em up by the end of the week.

I need to start making some good connections!

I have started two more clones in small airpots a la 'Cap'n style', I really like the simplicity and flexibility of it. Also just started using his bene tea receipe, I like it cause use on all my plants soil too.

I am thinking about doing two plants outdoor in the greenhouse this summer using this style in big 15 gallon airpots, think that good idea?

you know sling i have 1 airpot the 3.8l i think so im contemplating trying the capn-slingo-method but i will have to wait to try it till after the current run is done and get some of that evil rockwool ,if you have some used i would be willing to get that root digesting stuff i dont know the name,or buy some,and i prob have to get more bloom nutes as i think i will be out after this run,i'll still have plenty of the veg,micro and bloom booster blue stuff , i'll start looking around and if this ebb n flo works i might try the mini cubes in there too.
