What's going on with the WW clone? Have I missed it or is it still going?

I keep neglecting her. She lives in the living room window behind the loveseat and stands about 4' tall. She's slower than the second coming of Christ but shes doing her thing. I cut this clone on May 19th and potted it on June 4th. No defol or anything. I give her some MiracleGro 24-8-16 every second watering and have never checked the PH.

I set her out on the deck to take a few pictures.

What a gorgeous bush! I wish I could do my hedging with clones like that!

Them girls look on point. Got 6 that popped on 10-29, working on some environment issues now.
Yes I read that you'd put the tubs away and were preparing to do a soil run. Should be interesting. Make sure I get a link to the journal.

I 'm going to drop the temps to about 55F for the last week of flower and through the flush period.

Dawg knows the way of the SCROG! Nice even canopy bro

What stage are you at right now?

I'm 35 days into bloom

I'm at day 19 since flip and day 11 of flower.

Agree with big. For sure. There are 2 distinct methods for getting the genotype to show via environmental stressors. AKA phenotypes. The first as big mentioned is the temp drop. Larger variance in the night and day temps can really accentuate your plants traits of coloring. As well as promote tric development. The other is ph drift. Letting the Ph drift towards 7 at the end of the plants life cycle will also help it provide colors.

I will search for the article I read. It is all about "black strains" buds that turn almost back under the correct environments in flower. Apparently the reason for coloring of cannabis plant is the same as other vegetables that are good for you. Eating the rainbow as they say. The same process that gives broccoli and rainbow chard it's unique colors is occurring when your cannabis plants color. Essentially the plant produces them as a reaction to the stress and as a from of defense. However they offer enourmus health benefits for humans and animals when consumed. I'm really not doing the article justice so I'll find it. Really interesting read for sure!

Great explanation MD and thanks for the article. I'd done some reading on the temp aspect but had only just heard of the PH drift concept. I'll read that atricle and will most likely adapt that into my plan as well. Thanks again dude.

Just happy to help. not.to mention my strawberry kush flip next week so it'll be awesome to see what I can expect!
