23...85...and 105 watts cfl...the light i have them under now is 400 watt MH...was using total of 380 watts of cfl...figgued 20 more watts with MH would boost my lumens...:thankyou:

That is a massive array of CFL. Seriously friggin' awesome for sure. The cab is coming along nicely for sure. Things have really come together quite well on your end.

:thankyou: TOG...i got to have more lums...going to flower with MH and 2700k cfl...got 10...that will be total of 800 watts:thumb:

...getting close to 12/12...i cut two hours off daytime ...was on 18/6...now on 16/8...also adding red light ....:reading420magazine:...temp on the clones 75-80 hum 90

Sorry to hear about your clones, hopefully they will perk back up for you. Where do you get 85w cfl? Or 105? My garden store doesn't even have those types.

The clones look dry.....GIMME MORE HUMIDITY!!!!!!!on the leaves....your medium looks a little dry also ......dirt can steal moisture from your beginning rootsystem.

I would definitely get the ones lying down out of the peat pots. No roots will break through those the way you have them planted. Take a look at Aston's grow, the roots never got out of the peat pots.

The peat pots wick the moisture right out of the plant and into the air leaving them dry. After having similar issues 35 years ago, I swore I would never use them again. Well I did and had nothing but problems. See my 1st grow in 40 years to see the problems. There are many references by others in that grow thread about bad experiences with peat pots. So it isn't just me.

Peat pots are baadd... um K?

Thanks for the input Grower...i will do research on peat pots and check your grow..later...:thankyou:

Just checked your grow Grower...didn't take anything (this time):laughtwo:...you had problems trying to use peat pots because you used them by themself...as you see i have pots sitting in soil...that stops the drying out...also have pots scored for faster breakdown...and easer transplanting...i have had no problems using peat pots nor peat pellets...my clones ...as of this morn...are standing tall...temp 80...hum 99...:slide::slide:

them clones will take off bro, no need to worry. i don't really know anything about them but just my basic knowledge of plants, they will need to develop a strong root system before you see major vegetative growth, and i don't know too many people that clone flowering clones, but hey, you did, so i'd just wait around and experiment.

i'm having a hard time getting some bagseeds to germinate. idk what the deal is, cause last time it only took a couple days and this time i've had two seeds in paper towels for 3 days and still no tail. whatever. i'm prolly gonna order some, screw bagseeds.

Bag seed is a lot of fun to experiment with. I genuinely enjoy the process of germ, transplant, prune, nurture and harvest so bag seeds to me are very cool. When you spend a hundred bucks on primo seeds the whole ball game changes and now it's game on. Sometimes you will hover over the crop and scrutinize every last detail where as with bag seeds you kind of just let nature take it's course and it's really no biggie. I guess after I get my 100th plant to harvest I might see it differently but I am no where near that mark yet. Good luck with your grow, I am sure you will enjoy it thoroughly.:thumb:

Hey Miwa,

That is the most impressive clone chamber I have ever seen. Kudos! Beats my plastic bag hands down (LOL).

I have no idea why you're having so much trouble. I see a lot of people are dissing the peat pots. Even though you have put the peat pots in soil, is it possible the soil is wicking away the moisture from the clones? Why don't you experiment with putting some clones in plain soil side by side with the peat pots and see what happens?

Glad to hear your second round of clones is doing better. My clones have survived for three weeks and I can see the roots on one of them. I am going to transplant today.

Do you have any pictures (of the new clones) you can share?

Clones are doing fine...had plenty moisture..temp got low...put hum at 90..temp at 75...clones stood up...photos up as soon as i get cameras working...thanks for commenting...:thankyou:

Not to sound like a total freakin noob but wtf is LSTing? I can see that it has something to do with making the plants grow in a horizontal position but I have no clue what the abbreviation stands for LOL. Your grow started 4 days before mine and it looks fantastic. I am also using dirt. I chose to go with 30% worm castings and I must say, "it's an incredible medium". I can't tell you how cool it is to get to see your experienced techniques and outcomes while I tend to my feminized white widow seeds. This is my first grow in 25 years, my first grow was doing awesome and thats exactly what the newspaper said when they printed the story. Pesky laws! Anyway man I thank you for sharing your talent and I look forward to each update. :high-five:

LST (low stress training)...I tied the main stem down...making the growing shoots (side branches) grow...then i tied down the tallest side branch...making the next shortest branch grow...here is a photo of the clones..got to learn how to use this camera...
