Thanks, fish cake. I'll post some pics of the nugs I chopped from the 2046 last night as soon as I can. Man, I have no idea what happened but it turns out it was more like the lowers and middles by the time I looked close. When I got done cutting the 70-80% brown haired stems and nugs it was cat tailed. Everything in that grow unit is moving along quick except the AUH1 who wants to be a rain forest when it grows up damn it's big.

I converted the unit I have the Satori grow in over to 400 watt HPS, then reattached and rerouted the ductwork to the reflector after I removed the grow tent. Taking it out gives me about another 8-10" from side to side and at least a foot in height. I'll paint the walls white later; I've been thinking of doing that in all of my units to get better pics and to keep reflections of myself from accidentally drifting around the internet. Yep, somebody might see me in my person mask. I'd hate to think if the truth got out and everybody found out I was really a chimpanzee.....

your not?:whoa::whoa:

If you look to the center of the pic, you'll see that the super hunter chimp has caught his elusive prey. Yes, gnat it was only a matter of time.....

I knew he'd try to steal a trichome and get stuck sooner or later! He's gettin' smoked, too.

Here's a few more pics.

I'll try to get a few more pics up tonight.

Yeah, one thing I can say so far about this 2046 pheno is that the striking color contrast and the vivid bright green you see in the seedbank pic is 100% accurate. Nice. I might try to quick dry a few nugs to see what it smokes like soon. Well, here's what I did to grow unit #2 so far, and a few pics of the Satori as it starts to flower out.

I have to do a transplant to 2 gallon pots and paint the walls white over the next day or so. I'll leave this SCROG thing I made laying on here to keep the growth flat for now, then mount it after I put the plants back in. Hopefully I can get this undergrowth to even up some after I raise the SCROG up.

cant wait for the smoke report Chimp.
like the scrog! thinking about putting my screen up but with the 2046 and the 2indicas might be a block out.

Those satori are looking perfect! Amazing green color, not a hint of tips burned. Hopefully you can let them and the others mature fully now that you got some new buds in your stash!

I think those 2046 nugs are gonna be really psychedelic trippy! Isn't it a 12 week sativa normally? :hippy:

What is your soil like and what nutes do you usually use?

I use SS#8 usually (and that's what they are in now), but I'll be transplanting these into Roots Organic soil probably tomorrow. I'll be using Fox Farms w/all solubles @ 1/2 strength and Bush Doctor products @ full strength on these whenever it looks pale.

The 2046 nugs smell good but I'm not going to get my hopes up about the psychedelic thing; it would be nice. People said that about Barney's Farm "Lucy", but I think those initials REALLY mean L-ightweight S-afe D-ope.

Today is 13 weeks and 4 days the 2046 has been under 12/12 (no mercy straight from seed). The breeder's flowering time for this strain is around 16-17 weeks. Maybe it got stressed and flowered early and maybe I switched labels with the AUH1 and the 2046. But it's even more browned up today. It's only a matter of days; a week at most before most of that grow unit is cleared out. It's looking like a jungle in there!

Ooh ooh ooh AHH AHH AHH!!!!!

Oh, didn't realize you flowered them so long already! Sweet sweet harvest coming soon! :)

The most psychedelic weed I've ever tried was amnesia haze by Soma. This was at night wandering around the canals and night lights of Amsterdam super trippy barely cognisant of myself. Actually got some kind of sound hallucinations when cars went by.

Instead of cars sounding WROOOOOM the sound wave modulated in multicolor.

WROOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMmmmm...

That was after 1g Amnesia haze smoked by a lightweight!

Here's some more pics. They'll be ready soon. Some of the pics don't show the number of brown hairs, though. Here are a few pics of the SD2 and Ice just before putting them into a dark period.

Don't worry I won't smoke it alone! I'll add some kief to it!

:peace:

looks like you gave them some hot monkey love brother
Reps if I can

Thanks for the reps, fish cake. Here's a preview of your upcoming 2046, if it's the same pheno as mine :

When you open the grinder and move your nose towards the weed it seems kind of naturally alluring; the first smell being spice then a citrus and aromatic wood smell. It reminded me of the incense days when the stick ones burnt down too far and you could smell the wood holder. Then as you come up on it there is this smell that ties the three together that seems manmade and surprisingly a bit strong. A smell that if nature dictated terpines to deter predators and insects it keyed on this exact one. A closer and deeper smell is what it took to convince me that it wasn't a chemical, then you could smell the organic base. I'll let you in on the taste a bit later after I smoke one and do a few things.

:peace:

oooooook, so what does it smell like?:)
I mean could you give me a little detail or is it something you just cant quite describe:rofl:

From being quick dried, the 2046 taste is green and it burns hot (typical of Hazes?) but you can get hints of what it will be like when it cures out. About the same as the smell, but just like recipe ingredients or cellared wine it all has to sit together for awhile until they all blend into each other. I'm looking forward to that because the buzz gets better too. It's not great now, but it's okay and it's straight to the head. Even the middle pre-cured nugs are decent enough to have caused Chimp vs. Floor, 0 - 3 (which I won't embarrass myself by telling until I get high remember it and start laughing again damn I broke my favorite rolling tray in the incident too).

Note: I transplanted the 6 Satori fem plants into Roots Organic soil (2 gallon pots) today. I watered them in with 1/3 gallon each RO water (15 ppm before additives) CalMag, and Great White Shark. The roots looked healthy and white; no necrosis and were not rootbound. I'll be putting up Panda Film instead of painting the walls white as soon as I get the time. I'll mount the SCROG later too. I decided to wait until I see signs before I feed; the breeder recommends little nutes and claims that if the soil is fertile enough many of their strains can do totally without nutes. There is slightly lighter green in the center of flower development (phosphorus deficiency), but I'll see if the food in this soil holds it for a few days. Then half feedings and we'll see.
