1st Time Grow White Widow & Seedmakers Autoblue

trust me it does work, the best way i found was to use some tubing coming out the co2 generator bottle and run this in a ring around the top of the plants, then poke holes in this tubing and this then releases the co2 over the top of the plants, and as co2 is heavier than air this means it sinks down into the plants, so make sure the co2 is been released above the plants, also take the co2 out at night as the plants dont take it in at night, but remember not to seal the bottle up with the yeast and sugar in as it will explode if left sealed due to the pressure the yeast build up,

find a good guide and follow it, and then you wont go far wrong, its best to use co2 during veg and most of flower, but for the last 2 weeks of flower you should take it out or use less co2 as the plants take in less co2 during the last 2 weeks of flower.
co2 will make the plants grow quicker, it makes the buds denser and should keep your plants more healthy, some growers say a co2 gen dont produce the levels needed for the plants to benefit, but if your adding co2 to the grow room then this can only benefit the plants as they will be getting more co2 than is in the air.

A question that Soy and myself probably need to know: Do we need to seal up the room or closet or will we still get some benefit from The Co2 that close to the plants?

it will benefit the plants, just make sure the air is moving in the tent and it will blow it around the plants, a sealed tent would be better but as long as its not totally open then it should be ok, i had my door open a few inches and used co2 and it did benefit the plants

Outstanding!

so do you have the bottle with the activated yeast in it bubbling into the bottle with plain water in, i never did this, i just had the one bottle with the yeast and sugar and then the lid of the bottle was sort of a 1 way valve, i undid the lid slightly so their had to be pressure to blow the co2 out, if i left the lid off then the air would of got in and caused mould or fungus, so i had the lid slightly open so it needed pressure to push the co2 out, i should of had 2 bottles like you have but i just wanted to set it up and try it so used the one bottle, this left my grow room smelling of beer, the alcohol left in the bottles can be used and drank, you can freeze the liquid and then when its frozen you let it thaw out for so long and the alcohol thaws and turns to liquid first leaving just the water,

but basically all your doing is brewing alcohol, the yeast reacts with the sugar and this produces alcohol, and it can be pretty high alc content, so it can be extracted and used for drinking, i never did this, but you can keep adding sugar to it when it slows down and this gets its bubbling away again, or if you disconect the main bottle and squeeze the air out of it and let the air in, then give it a shake this gets it reacting again as your putting oxygen back into the mix, this gets it all working again, but topping up with sugar also gets it working again, but their is a point where the alcohol gets to high and kills the yeast, how ever i managed to keep mine going for 2 weeks by just shaking it up and adding some more sugar, i only threw it out when i harvested my plants,

I am going to give the Co2 a try. I just found out today That the new house I was moving into will be ready in two weeks. So any changes will have to wait for me. But hell Co2 in a bottle is easy! Soy ill keep checking your grow to see how you like the Co2.

here is a great guide and it tells you how to make the generator and how to get the alcohol out of it after its made,
so check the link below it should take you to another part of this site that covers exactly where your talking about

Life looking fantastic over here... Great plants and an Experience grower. I will be hanging around. Subbed.

Well here is some side profile pics and some close ups on the one that is flowering .

Well here is the bag seed plant that is almost 2 weeks older then the ones in the blue and white containers i might of stressed it out way to much but all of the things i wanted to try this one was a test dummy and since it was only a bag seed i wasnt worried about killing it . It was also not foxfarm soil it was miracle grow moisture control soil or something like that haha. I cut off every single fan leaf just for experimenting but the thing is before i gave it time to recover i said screw this and put it in 12/12 so that prob did not help at all. Been 12/12 for about 4 or 5 days now still havent noticed a sex on it.

And here is the girls!! The one in blue container is starting to grow some hairs but the other one is a little bigger and is flowering already. But it also says it is 20 days longer to grow so i can see the size differnece i guess

Today I thought it was a good idea to move some lights around to try and hit lower nodes. Well I moved the drop light untied all my wires to move the I hook I had it hang from. Then i hook fell out out ceiling and I got some crumbs from Sheetrock fall onto my plant I got off as much as I saw on leafs and stuff. Will my plants be okay? I ended up saying screw you I hook and just hung the drop light off the pole I have the other lights hanging from. Took me like 30 mins to do all this lollll . In the end all I managed to do was move the drop light over like 10 inches and got stuff on my plants it wasn't much though.
