Yeah guys. It's NASTY,,NASTY. It's got to be those Afghan Kush.

I'm running one CanFan/CanFilter just outside the area where the closet it located. It's the bedroom (in the basement) and the closet is in the bedroom (just trying to paint a picture). PP4F, yes just using it as an air scrubber.

I've got another CanFan, but I don't have another filter. I've also got a little Ozone CAPJr. generator outside the bedroom door.

IT STILL WREAKS UP-STAIRS!!!

Another week at the most until they are chopped. Guess I'll just cancel the cleaning lady next week. I guess I shouldn't be complaining, I'm more-or-less posting this as part of my experience so far. Just want to be thorough.

well I hate to say that sux about the smell. But Honestly it doesnt. Thats some ((BOMB)) you got going. Good to hear thats the issue. Sorry to hear you have to cancel the cleaning lady. Years back I had one that worked for herb. She was a great patient, but then she had to up and move. Oh well hope all is well outside of that lil issue. Great work S.F :bravo:

If you dont scrub the smell at the source it can creep through your heating/AC ductwork and get all over the place. My can fan / filter shut off during lights off when no other venting is going and I can smell it come through the vents when the blower isnt running. Good growing!
 
Me too!
I had to adjust my scrubber to run 24/7.
The smell during lights off was creeping up into the house from the celler.
Guests were starting to sniff a little more than they should......

Ahhh. That might be the ticket McB!! Since I mentioned I've got the scrubber in the bedroom, I closed the air vents to keep the temperatures moderated, but I never did cover the RETURN outlets in the room. It's probably by-passing the scrubber and just getting sucked through the return vents into the central heat!

I'm almost at the end here, but do you think I should add another scrubber in the grow room itself (closet). I might as well hook up ventilation from the light hood. And if I'm doing that I should just wait until I move the grow room to the bedroom, at this point. I can't really maneuver in the grow room, so maybe I'll just wing-it with the smell.

Just call me Stanky for the next couple of weeks!

Thanks Butch!!! That's tempting to "trade" services. :cheesygrinsmiley: I've known this cleaning lady close to 20 years (when I was a tyke). I'm not overly concerned, but don't need to invite any trouble. She's Polish, but not stupid. (totally don't want to offend anyone, I've got a little Polish in me also). Come to think of it, she doesn't clean all that well. I guess I'm just a sucker coming home to a semi-clean bathroom. But when I have to re-wash the silverware, that really frosts my ass!

Thanks VE! LowRyder pics coming up. Just prepping them now. Got a nice bud (early) from that female with pollen sacs. Been a week, sitting in a jar for a couple of days. I'll have an "early" smoke report fairly soon.

04/23/10 LowRyder Update

Hi Everyone!

Well as I think I mentioned yesterday was the 5 week mark on the LowRyder strain. So-far, so-good. Plants are both about 15" Tall and both have about the same circumference, about 19-20". They are really manageable thus far in the EcoGrower system. I haven't changed the res in about a week, and I know I'm pushing the shit out of these plants with the Nutes. I'm pretty sure last week was close to 1800ppm, I'll check our run-off with the next reservoir change, perhaps tomorrow. I'm trying to time this change with the e-n-g change. I like to get them both done at the same time.

Green007 asked on another thread we have going about flowering taking place. It actually looks like both plants are starting to bud out. I expect the next several weeks to go very quickly as I'm pretty sure anymore height will be minimal, but the plants will start to load up the bud sites that appear present (This strain harvest is 10-11 weeks FROM seed!). Well enough of my verbal diarrhea and on to the pictures!

Tomorrow is 8 weeks flower (Day 56) on the ebb-n-grow room, so it'll be picture day again. I had to tie up the White Widow branches again, I hope the pictures will reflect how massive this one plant is!
