1st Grow - Ebb-N-Grow : Afghan Kush, White Widow, Bag Seed!

If it were me and I have done this before, just squirt with a little water and tweeze them off and dispose of in a cup of water. the water helps keep it from dusting about the place. I've heard that once wet, the pollen is no good anymore. Don't know if that part is true though.

really doesnt look like you have a whole lot of them so it should not be that hard. Just take a good look each day and get rid of them. They stand out as they are pretty bright in color compared to the rest of the plant.

damn bro, that bitch is all over the place. lol.

the thing about harvest is that it relies heavily on personal preference.

An old saying is when you think they're done, wait another week, then harvest. . . The reason is that they can add some nice weight in the last week.

I like it when it's mostly cloudy with little amber or clear.

Thanks Wheel!

On the suggestion of McBudz and the other guys, I did a little tying her up and put her back in with the bunch. I'm already floored by the stench and weight that this Afghan Kush is turning out to produce. I'll be excited to see where the final is at.

Thanks for the old-adage. I'm sure after doing this several times, you can just tell by looking, I'll be thankful when I can reach that level of experience and just eyeball them.

Tomorrow is week 7 (Day 50 Flower) on the e-n-g, I'll be posting some new pictures up. Just finished Season 5 of Weeds. Can't wait for Season 6! Go Shane!!!

Have a great night!

LowRyder - EcoGrower

So two for five it's looking like. Probably just waited too long on the germination until they were put into the system. Oh well. Hopefully these will produce the expected 1/2 Lb /plant. (Hope you caught that! Ha.Ha..)

Lazy Sunday Night Update

All is good. Gonna start the flush this week to harvest the Kush next weekend. Pics below in no particular order. Had too many libations to tackle that, not really, don't drink it just sounded like a decent excuse.

Thanks everyone for sticking with me!! I really appreciate it. 2 days until 4/20!

Im not a fan of lowryders...thats well known why I feel that way...but yours are sweet my man..well grown so far

Thanks Pit. Just basically a "throw-away" experiment with the Eco-Grower, as you know being new to this whole grow thang, just getting my feet damp with different strains. Yes, I'm sad to report this will probably be the last round for the EcoGrower. As a mentor of mine once said, "Time to Move On". Thanks man!

Took me a while to get caught up. So the Eco-Grower is going to be a thing of the past soon. How about the Lowryder Strain itself, are you happy with how those 2 babies are coming along? I really look forward to see how they harvest.

The rest of your plants and Buds really look AWESOME! :bravo:

Hey G.

Thanks for stopping by man. If the height of the LowRyders don't get much taller, but all the bud sites really fill out, I could be impressed From my quick look, perhaps 10-12 bud sites each plant? I'll take some closer pictures this week as they have begun to flower and things are picking up.

I guess I'm not so impressed with my 40% success on the starting of the seeds. I know some of it was my fault by not planting the seeds sooner when they popped. But you know seeds aren't cheap, you can't clone these, so it's really a one shot deal.

I guess a final determination will be with a smoke test and whatever "weight" we can pull from these two plants.

Thanks for checking them out. I'll get a little more detailed in the next couple of weeks with progress reports.
