If it were me and I have done this before, just squirt with a little water and tweeze them off and dispose of in a cup of water. the water helps keep it from dusting about the place. I've heard that once wet, the pollen is no good anymore. Don't know if that part is true though.
really doesnt look like you have a whole lot of them so it should not be that hard. Just take a good look each day and get rid of them. They stand out as they are pretty bright in color compared to the rest of the plant.
