1st Grow: Blue Dream

The lower bud sites can not receive enough light to grow well, right?
That was my thinking when I asked about removing them. My assumption was that it might produce a small popcorn bud but that energy would be better used somewhere else in the plant.

Veg day 39
RH 33-46
Temp 68-82F

Got home today and got in the tent for a while. Started pulling more of the mess out from under the canopy!
Then I saw it.....the enemy is here!!
Found some webbing.....F@&$ers. Went ahead and hit them with some Neem oil. Hopefully it will work. Only saw the bit of webbing in that area and saw one tiny bug on the same plant. So hopefully this is early enough. I will treat again in 7days. Anyway....finished the defoil and I can’t help but notice how much higher one side of the plant is on each of them. So despite my complaining about wanting a little vertical growth.....I tied down a couple branches on each plant! But now I got a nice flat top!
Here’s a lights eye view!

Indoor is more complicated to replicate sun power! Outdoor you have the same intensity of light everywhere under direct sun cause it s so far that a few inches don't make any difference. Inside unless you have a high level expensive led, you will quickly loose intensity as you get far from the light. So a safe and more efficient way to improve yields indoor is to do some pruning. Anyway I m just repeating stuffs that I read multiple times and also coming from my own experience where I realized multiple times that I should have done more trimming of the down shaded bud sites

That's what they say everywhere and I trust it! Plus this really helps to avoid pop corn buds!

Yes. Some lights penetrate better then others so canopy depth can very.

It s so true!

Nice and flat canopy!

Anyone know someone on here who might could help with this?

Damn it! I m sorry to see that bruh! Where did you get it from? If I were you I would stopped stressing and order a new one from Amazon with overnight delivery. Then if you bought it from them it s easy. Just contact the customer client service by phone or email (easier is email through the mobile app) choose the order that has the light in it and explain it s not working anymore and that it s unacceptable! Send the when they contact you. But you may not need it as they will offer you a refund when you send it back. Just use the box of the new one. That's exactly what I did twice! Hope for you it was on amazon as it makes it easier. Otherwise wherever you bought it, you should be able to get a refund thanks to that picture that speaks for itself! Sorry again bro

I noticed the fan over that section wasn’t working this morning but I didn’t look at the light.
So you know now why the leds die.

Great you ordered a new one. Don't worry you will use the new box to send the old one. As soon it s scanned at the post office you will get a refund! Yep that fast!

Please take time to visit my first post in my current grow journal. I explain why I bought the led lights I m using. It s worth spending some minutes reading all the links.

If the fan and the light section went out. I wonder if you have a bad connection up there some place?
I may try to look around in there during lights out maybe.
