Thanks brother!! I appreciate the kind words. Down to about 15-20 days left on the Blue Kush, Blueberry and Durban Poison. The ATFs have about 30-35 days left. I will definitely harvest the Durban first....probably before any ambers on the Durban. I know what she is like with about 10-15% amber, but I want a little stronger sativa so I will go a bit earlier.

Ain't it great!! I am loving where this is going. Baseline soil dialed in (going to get the soil analyzed at that place Bob Brown posted about) and will make changes based on the analysis I get back. Then using these teas will just make it a little better. If I can get to the point where I don't have anything in a bottle other than fish fertilizer, I will be very pleased. Next stop....worm farm!! That will hold off until after the holidays.

Breeding update
I have been kind of leaving the ATF 1.1 plant alone as the seeds continue to form. I decided to cut a couple small bud sites off and take a look at what we have in terms of seed production. I trimmed a total of 6 really small branches all about the size of these two.
After about an hour of digging through extremely stick buds, I came away pleasantly surprised. I think I seriously underestimated the amount of seeds that were going to be produced. I figure I am getting about 20 very good looking seeds per small bud branch and about 5 seeds that aren't quite mature. So using that logic, I will give the plant another 3-4 days and I will pluck a couple more about the size above and see if the maturity rate isn't a little higher. Still about 120 very nice looking seeds from those 6 tiny branches. I am expecting a total of about a thousand seeds based on that ratio.

See, your seeds are consistent size, shape and colour. When I look at seeds I have bought in the past by not so worthy breeders, I got nothing consistent. So yah, you are on the money. Not that you needed me to confirm, I'm just learning and drawing conclusions.

Thats why i get seeds in breeders packs now, they seem to be higher quality seeds and i know what im getting.

Yeah, I started paying the extra for it. I don't mind a few extra bucks for the little bit of peace of mind and I agree, they do seem to look better when they are in the breeders packaging.

Yeah, it really does. I mean I understand the amount of time that pheno hunting can take to find what you want and breeding a strain to what you want, but it seems crazy the price that some places want to charge when you look at how many seeds they can make from a single plant. For instance, I bet I come away with close to 1000 seeds from this single plant. And thats 1000 usable seeds, not even counting the ones I am culling (will run some tests on the seeds that dont look as good.....just want to see what the success rate is from a germination perspective). I am keeping only seeds that I would want to receive from a breeder if I was buying them.
Then I don't understand how so many places are always out of stock. I mean if you have an adult mom and an adult dad....you have an endless supply of clones from each to breed out. Even at only 1000 seeds per plant, it shouldn't be that hard to understand and meet the demand. And if they sell out that quickly, perhaps increase your seed production. This plant wasn't even a big plant when I used her to breed. I can only imagine how many seeds I could have made in a full sized grow room and growing her as big as I wanted.....5k, 10k?
