at least a week before flowering, and if need during the 1st week of flowering. i only do a little at a time every few days to keep the stress down.

hey Butcher i am gonna use your single cola pruning on my little runt. i untied her today and let her grow straight up because she is lagging behind the others so i figure she will be a good one to test some things on.

wow, that was interesting....learn something everyday, thats good....cant wait to see how it turns out....sooo, silly question, is the total yield better, or is it the size of the one bud? seems to me, it would be the size of the bud, but....sometimes the size of the one bud could outdo the yield of the plant....depending on the strain and size of the plant ect...very interesting guys....

it can be both. say if you grew some tall plants or had a full canopy and light wasn't getting into the bottom, then you will be those fluffy premo buds and all their doing is robing ur plant of energy IMO. so i cut them off and use that energy to but into my top bud growth. in some cases you will yield better and some not. but either way i rather trim fat buds then those pain in the ass popcorn ones.
now if it was a short plant you would rob ur yield by lolipoping them. the grower just needs to know when to apply this. i am a huge fan of lollipoping and all my plants get some kind of it.

yup i was trying to get him over here for a min. everyone JW is good peoples that has been apart of my threads and led growing before i even posted on this forum. show some love to him and show him how we do it on 420mag!

F the pipe, I was hope'in it was for credits against a future purchase of one of Mike's badass 300's. Irish you have come a long way since that 90 watt. Gots lots of the power now. Do these LED's make you see green like the Jumbos when you look at them? Wonder what that is?
John Whorfin, you're gonna be wanting one of these GLH units. From the looks of things these LED's are coming out ahead of the others we have seen. I still want to hear what the Haters have to say about LED's' now. What a hilarious conversation that would be at this point! .V.

ya i have came along way. i am really liking these 300's very happy with trading the 600w. i have allot more foot print. it could do 12 plants with my new foot print. I really want to pull that 3rd 300w and put it in a tent with another 4 plants. but i know you guys want to see what 1080w can do so i will wait until next time.
