Update:

Everything seems much happier in the tent currently. The up pot really helped the OG kush, also it seemed to respond quite well to this natures brix.

I mainly got this brix supplement to use it along side real growers recharge, which should arrive today. I'm super excited to see how well the green aminos, brix, and recharge work together. I'm thinking it should be amazing.

Before the up pot of the OG kush, I actually topped every branch coming up. Maybe not the best idea but I am also trying to slow it down a hair to let the others catch up so I can mainline them. The OG kush was slowed quite a bit before the up pot but last night all the tops have grown full leaves and shot up like an inch. If she gets too out of control, I will probably be flowering her solo, it would also allow me to help dial in for flower, as it will be my first time with all this stuff as well.

Cookies Gelato #1 and #2 are doing well. #1 does have some strange burn or deficiency on the leaf but after getting a small amount of the brix and aminos last night it really perked up. I'm now just waiting for them to get around the 7th or 8th node to probably start the mainlining process. I'd like to be able to take a clone from each during this.

All in all I'm very happy with how it's going, I believe I'm going to up the feeding a little bit though because I seem to be underfeeding and having deficiencies. I'll bump it up and little, maybe just one plant and see how she reacts.

The bottom left is genius juice from brother grim tester. Not really documentating that other than pictures I'll send to them, also I will share the end information here for anyone just in case they may want to grow it.

It's been an absolute battle figuring out what I've been doing right and wrong. I had a stint of under watering severely and lack of nutrients. I've had a pretty solid week of growth now and less purpling of stems ECT. I think next time for dry amendments I need to pre ammend the pro mix like I did for the brothers grimm as it's growing at a much better pace, it didn't have some issues from over watering during its transplant but it's bounced back quite strong now.

Also both of the cookies gelato suffered from light burn yesterday pretty badly so I moved the light up last night and dialed it in today and took ppfd readings. This light doesn't have the best spread for the 5x5 tent and as these plants are really starting to spread out I think it may be time to move the other light in as well so I can keep a consistent canopy light level.

I also decided to not mix up my training too much. I was going to mainline and try others but I'm just going to top and lst as required. Its been a lot just trying to dial things in that I don't want to throw another variable in the mix quite yet.

It's been quite slow growth considering the time they have been growing, but I'm pretty happy with my progress, I've spent a lot of time with the plants. 3 would have an issue, so I would separate one and try a solution. If it reacted terribly, I would take another and try a solution. So far this last week has been the best growth, if I can continue that I'm expecting the 5x5 to be full in a couple of weeks. Either way I'm not flipping until they are healthy and I have a solid schedule going into flower for watering ect.

Everything is well ish as usual. Currently waiting and watching the gelato girls to see if I can pinpoint their issues so they can be healthy at the flip.

Got the trellis net put in today and it's sitting about 9-10 inches over the canopy. I'm hoping and expecting the girls to hit the net in another 3 ish weeks so I can do a final tent cleaning and disinfecting. Then I will do a heavy defoliation, give them a top dress of bloom nutrients and give them 5 days to recover and for the nutrients to break down.

Everything is still moving along. Everything is staying super bushy and low. I think partially because of over watering issues and also the topping and training. I also have purple streaks running down the stems of every plant, best I could come up with is it's due to the over watering and possibly overfeeding. Seems unlikely that's it's genetic given it's pretty identical in every plant and their 3 different strains.

I seem to be running out of space width wise as id still like to have some space around the edge, but I'm hoping over the next 2 weeks or so I'll see some advancement in height. If not I'll be sending my little squats into flower as long as they are healthy. I'd be pretty happy if everything gets 30 inches or so high and I can pull 150-200 grams of quality flower.

Everything got a pretty heavy defoliation today. The OG kush doesn't care about defoliation, Everytime I rip all the bottom nodes off the next day it's growing them back
I've tried scissors ECT just can't get them to stay gone. She is so bushy and about 14" tall and about the same in width. The potassium or zinc looking issue on the cookies gelato seemed to go away as they dried out so I think it was over watering that caused the issue.

I'm hoping so people can chime in about when to flip because I'm worried the OG kush will get root bound, I already saw 2 roots popping from the bottom and it's draining the pot in roughly 3 days. Should I transplant the OG kush and then flip everything? Assuming I have a solid flowering cycle with not alot of issues I'm hoping to yield 150g so I think it's close to time.

It's also becoming a full time job so but I do think I need at least 1 more just water watering before flip to rid some of the nitrogen.

Cookies Gelato #2 got watered and nutrients today.

I've been really impressed with the growth of the cookies gelato plants, they are in some ways bigger than the much older OG kush. Maybe I just haven't given them enough time to suffer under my care.

Also don't mind one of the plants it got a quick tucking. I was worried about not being able to fill the 5x5 but I think by the end of the stretch we should be able to pull everything out more. The 3 plants in the journal are all roughly 16 inches give or take tall(they are pulled down, so not telling how tall they would be.) and they are all over 20 inches wide, I feel like this is a really solid base going into flower. I know some people fill the tent first but I already have my hands full.

I haven't been updating a whole lot, buts it's mainly been watering(albeit overly) and patience. Everything except cookies gelato #2 is on a good dry down right as as I think it was underwater. I'm pretty excited to see what happens in the coming weeks and sharing a little more progress.

Cookies Gelato #2 in killing it. She got watered on flip day and hasn't looked back. Stretched literally like 4 inches since the flip.

OG kush and cookies gelato #1 are being a bit dramatic, possibly due to under watering. I thought I was over watering so I let them go 6 days without and now they aren't happy. I had a leaf on the cookies dry completely out and die.

Not much else to update as the rest of the plants might have stretched 2 inches from my guess, so not much of a competition in the tent. I think part of my watering problems might have something to do with my soil mix, normally I add extra perlite and I hadn't done that this time.

Other than that genius juice, OG kush, and cookies gelato #1 did get watered today, so we will see what they look like tomorrow to get a real feel as to what is going on with them.

As I expected this would get hectic very quickly. I absolutely had to defoliate OG kush more, I really wanted to wait for the end of the stretch but hopefully I didn't mess her up. She is so dense she covered everything up and she isn't stretching very much as all, maybe 3 inches over the 9 pay period so far.

OG kush, cookies gelato#1, and genius juice, where watered yesterday. I believe cookies gelato #2 will be watered today or tomorrow, she is drinking the fastest and growing the best imo. They are all drinking a gallon every 3-4 days, I watered this time with 1.5 gallons, we will see what they do with the extra water.

I'm still very impressed with the formation of cookies gelato #2, very similar from plant to plant but the pheno is little more sturdy, stretched more in flower which I wanted, and it's already getting some frost on her leaves which seems insane. The stretched branches are so thick all the way to the top, at least compared to the other girls in the tent. I don't have a clone for her because I killed it, maybe Ill find her again one day.

Also I'm still very in love with the genius juice, low feed, high feed, train, or don't train. She was doing her thing regardless of what I did, hopefully my people like this one because it's so easy to grow so far.

Quick day 16 update. Cookies Gelato 1 had some fairly severe underwatering signs, she got watered. Hopefully it happening in the stretch phase won't hurt her too bad in the end.

Already getting some trichomes on the of the plants. OG kush almost seems like it has light bleaching or something, it's lower than the rest of the plants and probably only at 600-700 ppfd and im not willing to sacrifice all the other plants that are more or less thriving, have been easier to grow, better structure, and seem like are going to yield more. This could very likely be my fault but if it has too many more issues I may remove her. She was a freebie and I'm worried she will hermie with the issues she has given me so far.

Day 19 flower. Quick update.

OG kush, cookies gelato #1, and genius juice, were all watered today. OG kush wasn't stretching so she got a full defol and the last until harvest. Did a little experimentijg and did the final defol to cookies gelato #1 yesterday. I will not be lollipoping or defoliating the small buds on the genius juice, but will probably clean up some fan leaves on day 21 or Wednesday. Cookies Gelato #2 will also be getting full defol but on day 21 and she is an absolute until and already super frosty and still stretching.

I don't think she will be a yielder, but she smells good already. She also only stretched probably 3 inches in about 18 days. Indica for you I guess.

Her hairs are turning orange already which I thought was crazy. She used to be the big sister but cookies gelato #2 absolutely shined at the switch from day 1. She may not be exactly like her sister but she is definitely frosting up like her. I'm very surprised with the resin production on the cookies gelato this early. Hopefully it keeps up the pace the whole run because that would be an incredible looking end product.

Quick day 26 of flower update.

Ended up getting ac infinity self watering bases, letting them drink those containers empty between top waterings for nutrients. Also all of the nutrients for the rest of the grow have already been top dressed, so we should be mainly just water and calmag from here. Everything is super frosty already and I'm incredibly happy so far.

Everything is kind of going to plan, I'm having some leaf issues and have been absolutely battling the humidity, but otherwise they seem happy.

Pic of the leaves just in case someone comes in and knows what the issue is, my best guess was calcium.

Having scattered issues which Ive been trying to pin point. They actually got fed another topdress today in hopes of resolving some of those issues.

Genius juice is still all white pistils, while both cookies gelatos and OG kush have orange hairs now.
I also think the OG kush had a bit too much nitrogen for about a week so not expecting her to swell up too much as her buds are quite smaller than everything else in the tent. They are however still frosty.

Everything is still coming along, they got nutrients but quit using them haha. Cookies gelato #2 is starting to turn purple everywhere, hopefully over the next week it really fades completely. Genius juice actually made it to the end it seems so I'm quite happy for her. Everything else is just frosting up like crazy and slowly drinking their water from the ac infinity bases.

I'm expecting another 10 days or so and everything is coming down to dry and then into grove bags for quite awhile.

I have a couple more updates at chop and harvest weight ECT but thanks to everyone who checked it out and helped me along the way, couldn't have made it here without the community here.

Welcome to harvest week and day 62 of flower. Harvest Day will be Friday so I'm super excited. This run has had its issues and doesn't look to be a super heavy yield, but some of the herb looks absolutely stunning to me.

Cookies gelato #1 seems to have quite small yield compared to her sister but she is beyond frosty and the smell is overpowering the tent, she has a crazy funky grape smell. Smells very artificially purple almost, with a subtle earthy after tone which I'm absolutely loving.

Cookies gelato #2 seems to have stayed true since flower day 1, she took off and hasn't stopped so I'm expecting great yield from her. Her smell isn't my favorite though it's not her fault, it's literally cookies gelato and she smells of fresh cake and vanilla icing. She smells absolutely great but something about it is boring to me.

OG kush is also going to be a smeller yield in my opinion. Expecting 50g or so if I'm lucky which is fine. Her smell is very intoxicating though, I can't decide whether I like her or the cookies gelato #1 better, they both smell unreal. It's very strange mix of earth, gas, and a little pine. She is very hard to pinpoint smell wise which just makes you keep having to smell her. This is my girlfriends favorite smelling plant so far.

Genius juice looks busted but she had root rot from me getting lazy unfortunately. I saved her at the end and she is still frosting up nicely. Her smell is soo weird, the vast majority of the smell seems subtle up front with an earth tone, then a spike of the smell of latex, with a back end smell of lemon. It's very strange but also good like the others.
