So how is your anticpation level? Are you thinking about your girls everyday, or is this all ho hum - business as usual ?
Oh, most definitely thinking about them everyday. It is a bit ho hum, though. There isn't much for me to do, except removing leaves and watering every 4-5 days.

About to give them a nice tea in a few days, which I hope will be Patti 's last.

Just got some auto seeds, so I'm about to drop those in a few.

Update 10/31/16 (Day 50 of 12/12)

Gave both girls an EWC tea this morning. This should be the last "feeding" for Patti, as the next watering will be a flush.

A couple of pics from this evening...

Thanks for the get-back caretaker !! I think this will be my last time mixing a bunch of different things together. I'm thinking coco coir 70, perlite 30, and change to organic nukes. I'm going to experiment with that starting with the new clones. Do you know if I'm better off adding nukes to the mix from the beginning ? And what nukes are best for coco coir ?? I got two friends that laugh at me for using organic dirt !! They're growing monster plants with less problems. They use more nukes, but it's all automatic !! Just keep the res. full of correct ppm, temp, and watch it happen. And that's more my style !! If I can limp thru. my current grow, I'll be in coco next time around. Again, thanks !!

Yes, you'll need to decide in advance how you will feed the clones - as the coco won't have any nutes, unless you use a coir that has been amended with organics. I'd recommend Royal Gold Tupur or Basement mix, depending on how hot a mix you want, and how often you want to feed. I'd go Tupur, and set up your feed system. :) You could also build your own coco organic mix. :cheer:

You're local cool....hit me up if you ever want to smoke, I'm right in town. We might get full legal in just a few days! Culti rights for the plebs....we all need to vote!

Re: Yankeetoker At It Again - C99 & Pineapple Chunk In Soil Under LED Lights

This strain of PC I'm growing is true to it's advertised time for finish, which is 53 days. Patty,' you are looking so fine this morning !!

Looks like I will try to take her down on Monday which would be Day 56. I took a test bud from the bottom of the plant, and after letting it dry out for a couple of days I smoked it, and WOW! Nice and smooth, nice high but not couch locked by any means. Can't wait until it's dried and cured.

After a compost tea the other day, her next watering will be a complete flush before I take her down. Can't wait!

pineapple chunk is some of the best herb I've smoked !! But mine is a handful when it comes to training. Got a mind of its own, and don't like to be restrained . It's not the most grower friendly strain out there, and definately not a big yielder, but very potent !! I'm gonna go roll me some that's been in jars for like two months, celebrate the Cubs victory !!

Sounds like you have some real nice herb coming YT. Like Slow said, PC IS a finicky girl...about half the grows I've seen of her go sideways....didn't want to mention that a ways back lol.... so congrats at getting her to the jars in excellent health. :Namaste::volcano-smiley:

Thanks, man!:thumb: She is a beauty for sure. This plant gave me NO problems whatsoever....the C99 looks skinny and showed signs of deficiency, put the Pineapple Chunk never showed any major problems, adjusted well to being transplanted, topped, supercropped, etc.

Just so I know, what types of problems can they sometimes give?

:Namaste:

It's possible that I've confused it with another strain, but my memory is usually pretty good.....I've just seen people have low yields and unhappy looking PC plants. I don't know if it is the price of the cross they made, where the genetic throws a good proportion of plants that don't have great vigor, or grower error - but I've seen some skilled growers have mediocre at best results from their seeds, with the other plants around them thriving. :geek::scratchinghead::geek: I should probably double check such things before posting them to the internetz, but I'd get distracted and be gone for hours. :blunt:

And introducing the next two....both 4 days old.

Both plants will go into the veg box on Monday (Day 6).....

Then there's this Auto AK49 that has been struggling since germination....
